In order to effectively respond to global climate change,the world’s major economic countries have accelerated low-carbon transformation and reduced carbon dioxide emissions.China strives to achieve the development goal of peak carbon dioxide emissions by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060.The energy industry will be comprehensively transformed and upgraded,and the power industry is facing great challenges.In 2020,the proportion of thermal power generation in China’s total energy power generation has exceeded 70%,and about 40% of the country’s carbon dioxide is produced by the combustion of thermal power generation.For the reform and development of the power industry,we must continue to accelerate and further promote the leap forward development from traditional coal power generation to clean and low-carbon energy,and greatly increase the power generation of photovoltaic industry,Accelerate the establishment of a high proportion of renewable energy system.In the context of "double carbon",photovoltaic power generation enterprises will be the key power generation enterprises supported and developed by China.Their investment fairs such as listing,transfer and M &A are increasing day by day.This thesis attempts to build a new enterprise value evaluation model to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the value of photovoltaic enterprises.Firstly,this thesis expounds the connotation and further discusses the definition and characteristics of enterprise low-carbon competitiveness from the theory of enterprise competitiveness.Secondly,the basic theory of enterprise value evaluation is discussed in detail,which provides a theoretical basis for constructing the value evaluation model of photovoltaic power generation enterprises under the background of "double carbon".Through research and analysis,it is found that photovoltaic power generation enterprises can not only provide green and sustainable power for the society,obtain main business income and bring explicit economic value,but also obtain long-term profits and sustainable development ability in the future low-carbon competition and have low-carbon competitiveness because of reducing carbon emissions and realizing the social responsibility of low-carbon emission reduction,It can bring hidden carbon emission reduction value.However,the traditional evaluation methods ignore this non-financial factor affecting the enterprise value,and can not measure the implicit carbon emission reduction value of photovoltaic power generation enterprises,which makes the enterprise value underestimated.This thesis fully considers the applicable preconditions and assumptions of various evaluation methods,combined with the characteristics of photovoltaic power generation listed enterprises,and finally selects EVA model to evaluate the explicit economic value of enterprises.At the same time,considering the particularity of low-carbon competitiveness of photovoltaic power generation enterprises,this thesis constructs a low-carbon competitiveness evaluation model,determines the weight of each evaluation index by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and calculates the low-carbon competitiveness coefficient α To improve the EVA model,estimate the value of implicit carbon emission reduction,and get more objective valuation results.In the empirical research part,cecep solar energy Co.,Ltd.is selected as a research case to evaluate the explicit economic value of the enterprise according to the two-stage EVA model.Then,the low-carbon competitiveness coefficient is calculated α To improve the EVA model and get the implicit carbon emission reduction value of enterprises.The evaluation results show that after low-carbon competitiveness coefficient α The modified EVA model can reasonably evaluate the overall value of photovoltaic power generation enterprises,and has certain guiding significance for all kinds of managers and investors.
