| As an organic integration of the new generation of information technology and engineering construction,the Internet platform of the construction industry has the value of promoting the integrated management of the whole life cycle of the building,optimizing the production efficiency and accelerating the digital transformation of the construction industry.The current industry and theoretical research focus on how to promote the rapid development of China ’ s construction industry Internet platform.The existing research shows that the relevant system of the development of China ’ s construction industry Internet platform has not been stereotyped,the platform industry chain is not perfect,and the promotion policy is not clear,which makes the construction industry Internet platform difficult to truly play its value.At present,the research results focus on the role and connotation of the industrial Internet platform,the platform construction technology,and the macro strategy of platform development.It is urgent to further analyze the constraints and development path of the platform.Based on grounded theory and fuzzy DEMATEL-ISM method,this paper systematically identifies constraints,constructs a system simulation model for the development of Internet platform in construction industry,and puts forward the development path of Internet platform in construction industry,so as to provide quantitative basis for promoting the development decision of Internet platform in construction industry in the current stage.The specific research contents are as follows :Firstly,based on the method of literature research and grounded theory,the index system of restricting factors for the development of Internet platform in construction industry is constructed,which lays the foundation for the logic level determination between the factors.Secondly,it analyzes the hierarchical relationship between the constraints of Internet platform development in construction industry.Based on DEMATEL method,the influence relationship between constraints is determined,and the key factors are identified by centrality and other related calculations.The constraints are divided into five levels by structural interpretation model(ISM),and the hierarchical structure model of platform development constraints is constructed,which provides a theoretical basis for the construction of system dynamics flow diagram.Finally,the development path and strategy of the Internet platform of the construction industry are put forward.Based on the system dynamics method,the simulation model of the development process of the Internet platform of the construction industry is constructed,and the key factors restricting the development of the platform are systematically simulated.The simulation results show that big data acquisition and application,multidisciplinary knowledge integration and government policy incentives have a great impact on the rapid development of the platform.Accordingly,three optimal paths and corresponding strategies to promote the development of the platform are proposed : to reduce the construction,operation and maintenance costs by improving the acquisition and application of big data;to increase the cost-effectiveness by enhancing the integration of multi-disciplinary knowledge;and to enhance the cloud awareness of users by government policy incentives.Based on the structural system analysis framework,this study deconstructs the constraints of the development of the Internet platform of the construction industry,constructs the system dynamics model to simulate the development path and effect,and puts forward the rapid development strategy of the platform at the current stage.The research results enrich the relevant research results of the current industrial Internet platform,and provide quantitative decision-making basis for the development direction and path of the Internet platform of the construction industry in China. |
