| At present,in addition to historical and cultural villages and traditional villages, there are still a large number of villages that are not legally protected but have cultural value and significance of the times, and these villages are widely distributed and have their own characteristics. However, with the accelerating pace of modernization, development and construction are often at odds with cultural preservation. On the one hand, the development of villages is a prerequisite, and they need to balance themselves economically and have the demand for development and reconstruction;on the other hand, there are rich types of cultural resources, and demolishing them all will cause irreparable regret. However,in reality, unified planning coverage is often carried out,and the characteristics of villages are eventually erased. In fact, culture and economy are not in conflict, how to plan and build on the basis of respecting cultural values,to achieve a win-win situation of village development and cultural heritage, becomes a question worth thinking about. In this paper,we take the three rivers and six banks area of Dongguan as an example to explore the ways to protect and utilize the cultural values in the development of such villages.First of all,we should sort out the resources and measure the value to find the shining point for the future development of the villages. The villages in Dongguan’s Three Rivers and Six Banks area are either full of historical stories or bear the marks of reform and opening up,and the types of cultural values have also developed from a single artistic and historical perspective to multiple values such as scientific, social and economic. Therefore,in order to identify the distinctive elements of different villages in a more targeted manner,a cultural resource assessment system that evaluates both the historical and the contemporary;and both the ontological and public values is established. All cultural elements are included in the village resource base to provide a historical account for future planning and construction. It is expected that the design can be carried out with historical conditions, and the cultural heritage can be paid attention to while developing.Secondly,on the basis of value identification, the possibility of win-win situation of village development and culture in the three rivers and six shores area is explored. The actual planning and landing contribute to the protection and utilization of cultural resources a long and complex process, involving multiple stakeholders such as developers, local government, villagers, etc.,and each subject has its own interests and demands, all with a certain degree of rationality, and no party can be ignored. Therefore, through the analysis of the dynamic relationship between stakeholders,we explore how development and culture can move from a contradiction to a win-win situation in reality,in order to find the right balance through the collaboration of multiple parties. Finally, cultural resources are not a line to be drawn to "preserve the entity",but rather to "extend the connotation",not simply "one-size-fits-all" control, but rather "bottom line " The innovative use of cultural resources Under the inevitable conditions of village development,we hope to revitalize cultural resources in a more intelligent way and realize the organic renewal of villages. Finally, through the way of "value identification-value measurement-communication and consultation-protection and utilization",we will take the following approach Ao Zhitang in the area of the six banks of the three rivers is used as an example for a preliminary exploration.Initially, the village characteristics were explored and the cultural values were measured by an evaluation system to provide a historical inventory for the subsequent communication and consultation.Subsequently, the views of the government, developers, villagers and other parties were taken into account, taking into account both the development demands of Ao Zhitang and the cultural connotations.Ultimately, the cooperation of multiple parties will lead to the protection and utilization of cultural values, providing a model for the development of the village and culture "from contradiction to symbiosis-and finally to win-win". |
