In recent years,with the improvement of the strategic position of Chinese culture and the rise of domestic cultural and creative industries,the status of museums as an essential cultural preservation and publicity institution has increased year by year.Compared with the development and research of similar cultural industries in foreign countries,China’s cultural and creative museums have not yet formed a complete and mature theoretical system to support their design and development due to their late start and short development time.Exposed problems such as severe homogenization and insufficient creativity resulting in poor user senses and experience,and it is challenging to complete the mission of cultural communication carried by itself.However,researchers often focus on the product itself and its improvement when conducting research and design and have less overall thinking about the museum’s cultural and creative industry.To further develops the museum’s cultural and creative industry and implement the function of museum cultural communication,a complete set of design theory is urgently needed.Provide systematic guidance.This project is centered on user experience,draws on the existing general product service system design methods and design processes,combines the cultural elements of the museum’s cultural creativity and the public welfare and educational functions of the museum institutions it relies on,and uses modern big data technology to propose a set of a more efficient and complete framework for the design of the Museum Culture Creative ProductService System(MCCPSS),which expands the original product-service system framework and adds cultural communication and experience to the original products,services and systems.elements,and proposes a MCCPSS service blueprint that includes the analysis of emotional user experience demand elements combining big data technology and the cultural characteristics of museum culture and creativity,the transformation of product experience design elements using in-depth experience interviews,and the addition of new elements.This paper mainly improves the original product service system from the following aspects:1)On the basis of investigating the types and user groups of existing online museum cultural and creative products,and using big data technology to crawl the online review data of popular museum cultural and creative products,combined with emotional design theory and Maslow’s demand theory,the museum’s The user needs of cultural and creative products are qualitatively analyzed,the focus of user needs and the user needs elements for museum cultural and creative products are mined,and the cultural characteristics carried by the products themselves are modernized and integrated into the user needs elements.2)Use the QFD model to convert the user demand elements,combine the museum’s own public welfare nature and the basic functions as a cultural preservation and publicity unit,and extract the museum’s cultural and creative user demand elements obtained by using big data technology through the quality house to extract the actual product design Quantitatively analyze the coverage of design elements to user demand elements according to user needs and interview questionnaires,and select design elements by analyzing marginal conditions to enter the product life cycle for the next iteration.3)Build the MCCPSS service blueprint.On the basis of the original PSS service blueprint,the consideration of museum institutions and cultural elements is added to build a service blueprint for the museum’s cultural and creative product service system.Clarify the foreshadowing and guiding role of museums in the design process and product life cycle.Different from the general enterprise producer or service provider identity in PSS,the museum should also shoulder the obligation of cultural dissemination and inheritance when completing the general enterprise identity.Therefore,in MCCPSS,the cultural communication task is divided into design functional elements such as IP marketing and user demand elements such as atmosphere creation,and their weights are increased.The museum provides additional scene exhibition services to help users understand cultural and creative products.This subject finally proposes a product service system based on user experience,including user experience demand mining using non-contact research,a user experience satisfaction scoring method based on interviews,and a set of user portraits and services for museum cultural and creative products.A product-service system design methodology for blueprint tools.Finally,the Anthropology Museum of Guangxi is used as an example for practical verification,and the design practice is carried out around one of its key exhibition projects-Zhuang Jin.The modern semantics of its cultural connotation is analyzed and the above-mentioned methods and tools are used for design in practical verification.The design results show that the theory can effectively excavate the cultural characteristics carried by museum cultural and creative products and improve the innovation of products and user experience satisfaction.
