With the acceleration of China’s current urbanization process,the construction industry develops rapidly and the total amount of construction continues to increase.At the same time,with the development of economy,people’s requirements for the quality of life and comfort of living environment continue to improve,the number and use frequency of various energy equipment continues to increase,building energy consumption is increasing.Therefore,the development of green and low energy consumption buildings,energy conservation and emission reduction is the development trend of today’s construction field.Passive energy-saving building is an important development direction of energy-saving building because of its characteristics of ultra-low energy consumption and high comfort.The engineering quality of passive energy saving buildings is an important guarantee to give full play to their architectural functions.Therefore,the engineering quality requirements are stricter.At present,passive energy saving buildings are still in the early stage of development in China.With more and more areas carrying out engineering project construction,how to better carry out engineering quality management has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on this,it is of great significance to study the engineering quality management of passive energy saving buildings.Firstly,this paper makes a statistical analysis of common engineering quality problems of passive energy saving buildings in the construction process through literature research,and analyzes the influencing factors of engineering quality based on4M1 E theory.Then,Through literature study and questionnaire survey compiled including designer,construction technology management personnel,construction workers,mechanical quality,mechanical maintenance,quality of construction tools,quality of materials,proper use of materials,storage of materials,construction scheme,technical disclosure,the rationality of the process,the natural environment,the construction site environment,14 project quality factors.On this basis,the influencing factors of engineering quality are quantitatively analyzed by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Secondly,taking H passive energy saving building project as a case,this paper analyzes and summarizes the specific practices of the project in engineering quality management,and obtains the experience and enlightenment of engineering quality management.Finally,combined with the influence factors of passive energy saving building project quality and the enlightenment of advanced management experience in the case,suggestions to improve the quality of passive energy saving building project are put forward from three aspects: first,quality management based on 4M1E;Second,quality management of key nodes of passive energy saving buildings;The third is the quality management during the operation of passive energy saving buildings.Methods and ideas are provided for improving the engineering quality management level of passive energy saving buildings.Through the study of passive energy saving building project quality management,this paper plays a certain role in promoting the improvement of project quality management level for enterprises.
