Because of its high mobility and excellent passing ability,crawler fire trucks are often used in the primeval forest where forest fires are easy to happen,and they can easily pass through in special terrain environments such as hills and gullies.A crawler fire truck in addition to fire extinguishing function,but also has the role of clearing,used to clear the fire scene of broken trees,earth and stones and other obstacles,facilitate other fire trucks quickly through and perform tasks.Confined to the gravity tank layout,the limitation of the traditional parallel shaft power take off device cannot meet the demand,it cannot be arranged in the power cabin,so a new type of vertical shaft power take off device must be developed.In this regard,this article adopts the design of the green design and virtual design depth fusion method,and through the finite element analysis,effectively improve the design efficiency and product quality,save the resource waste,shortened product development cycle.It provides a new idea for the design of the core parts of special operation vehicle.In this thesis,from the special car hoist boom crawler fire power plant design,on the basis of mechanical design basic knowledge,by adopting the method of green design and virtual design method was carried out by taking the development of the power plant,through the Creo 2.0 for modeling design,the application of ANSYS power take off device is the core of the driving part has carried on the mechanics analysis and modal analysis,And set up the bench test system of the power take off device,and finally carried out the bench test of the power take off device to study its reliability and study the dynamic characteristics of the power take off device.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Design and selection of the core transmission parts of the power take off device.For crawler fire special vehicle power capsule decorate a form and user take device of boundary conditions is put forward,to explore the transmission scheme of the power take off device.Start with the working load of the power take off device,design and calculate its spiral bevel gear and select the bearing,and the strength of the gear and the bearing life are checked.Creo 2.0 software was used to establish the 3D model of the f power take off device,complete the virtual design of the power take off device.Using green design ideas,using aluminum alloy,alloy steel and other recyclable materials,detachable bolt connections are used to design the parts and the overall design.(2)Finite element analysis of the core transmission parts of the power take off device.Aiming at the designed of the power take off device,in order to fully verify the reliability of the key transmission parts designed,to prevent the resonance phenomenon caused by external excitation in the work of the take power off device system itself,ANSYS simulation software is used to carry out mechanical analysis and modal analysis on the spiral bevel gear pair and the box body of the power take off device.(3)The dynamic characteristic test of the power take off device.Firstly,according to the structure and working load of the power take off device,the bench test system of the power take off device is developed.Then,according to the working characteristics of the power take off device and the load situation of different road surfaces of vehicles,the bench test scheme of the f power take off device is formulated,and the reliability test of the power take off device is carried out,and the dynamic characteristics of the power take off device are analyzed and studied.
