Under the background of the current rapid growth of car ownership in China,the prominent contradiction between parking supply and demand,and the difficulty of adding parking spaces,the shared parking method that utilizes the staggering use characteristics of both the supply and demand sides of parking spaces to improve the utilization of parking resources has become an effective measure to alleviate the "difficulty in parking" problem.Shared parking is difficult to manage due to the participation of both supply and demand.The survey found that supply cancellation events often occur in the actual application of shared parking.If the platform does not take reasonable management measures,this will affect the overall operational efficiency of the shared parking system.To solve the problem of platform management in the case of supply cancellation,this paper explores from the perspective of reservation decision-making and allocation.First,judging whether to accept the supply cancellation request from the supplier or not.Referring to the credit evaluation system of bank lending,this paper proposes a decision-making method for supply cancellation based on the credit score card model.On the one hand,it provides a basis for platform decision-making,and on the other hand,it uses credit scores to constrain the sharing behavior of suppliers.The shared parking platform binds the supplier’s basic credit information and historical sharing behavior data,quantifies the supplier’s shared credit,and obtains the credit score of each supplier.Finally,according to the credit score and the average credit score of the supplier in the current parking system,it is judged whether to accept the supply cancellation request.This study can provide a reference for parking lot managers to conduct parking credit evaluation and its application in reservation decision-making.Then,by analyzing the impact of supply cancellation on parking users and platforms,this paper proposes a redistribution method.And according to the relationship between the parking start time of the reallocated users and the periodic allocation time,the reallocated users are divided into immediate reassigned users and timed reassigned users.In the allocation method and the delayed redistribution model to maximize the proportion of users who have parking spaces,the problem of redistribution is solved.Combined with the redistribution method,based on comprehensive consideration of user preferences,an optimization method based on the redistribution method is established to maximize platform revenue.The model starts from the relationship between supply and demand and realizes the reasonable allocation of parking spaces by analyzing the remaining free parking space information in the system after redistribution and the demand information of users to be allocated.Considering the random characteristics of the supply side and the complexity of the model solution,a genetic algorithm with good adaptability to this type of problem is chosen to solve the problem.Finally,a case study is carried out with Chaoyang Joy City as the research object.The validity of the algorithm and model is verified.The results of the case are analyzed by using the utilization rate of parking spaces,revenue,and user satisfaction,and the changing law of the relationship between supply and demand of parking spaces under the condition of supply cancellation is obtained.In addition,the sensitivity analysis of the parameters in the model was carried out to explore the optimal value range of the parameters.
