The train-level control logic of the EMU is the basis for realizing the operation of the EMU,the platform for realizing the interconnection between different systems of the EMU,and the key to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the EMU.The EMU is a typical complex giant system. It contains many subsystems such as traction, braking, and control. The interaction between different subsystems is complex. The R&D and design of the EMU needs to involve many different disciplines such as mechanics, electricity, and computers. Therefore, the train-level control logic involves a wide range and a certain depth. In the research and design of train-level control logic for EMUs,it is difficult to ensure product safety by relying only on previous design experience and natural language for product design, and there are high design and maintenance costs, difficulty in tracking equipment faults, and difficult management of design changes, its interconnectivity is difficult to guarantee and a series of problems. This paper takes the Chinese standard EMU network control system as the carrier and the EMU train-level control logic as the application background, and conducts research around its specific business.Firstly,a modeling method suitable for the study of train-level control logic of EMUs is explored. Then, following this method,a series of models such as requirements, behaviors, functions, architectures, and physical components of EMU train-level control logic are studied. Finally, based on the train-level control logic model of the EMU,the traceability relationship between the models is established, and the logic simulation verification is carried out for the typical train-level control logic of the EMU—the sand-spraying control logic. The main achievements and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)The idea of Model Based Systems Engineering(MBSE)is introduced in the research of train-level control logic of EMUs to solve the problems of inaccurate information transmission, difficulty in design changes and information search in traditional systems engineering.(2)Explore the model-based modeling method OSP(Operation,System,Physics)suitable for the study of train-level control logic of EMUs.Its core is to start from the stakeholders of the train-level control logic of the EMU,adopt the positive design idea, focus on the function, treat the target system as a black box,a gray box and a white box for research, follow the gradual refinement, from the outside to the inside, from macro to micro principles, based on the model, the product external analysis, product system analysis and product physical analysis are carried out on the train-level control logic of the EMU.(3)Taking the EMU network control system as the carrier, through research and data collection, the stakeholders and needs of the EMU train-level control logic are determined, and the EMU train-level control logic stakeholders, requirements, use cases and basic architecture composition models are established.(4)Taking the function as the main line, gradually carry out the research on the train-level control logic of the EMU,using the activity diagram, use case diagram, block definition diagram, internal block diagram, and state machine diagram in the SysML language to establish the EMU train-level control logic product system model and product physical model.(5)Establish a traceability relationship starting from the requirements model and a relationship tracking matrix between model elements to reflect the integrity of the system model.(6)Refine the established train-level control logic model of EMUs,take the typical train-level control logic of EMUs — sand spreading control logic as the research object, establish the sand spreading control logic model, and rely on the simulation function of Cameo Systems Modeler(CSM)software to control the sand spreading. The control logic is simulated and verified.
