The layout of vertical transport machinery in the construction of a building project is a basic and important work in the early stage of construction,which plays an important role in the normal operation of the project.However,for mechanical selection and layout,project technicians usually make choices based on experience,and it is easy to ignore the influence of factors such as lifting capacity,lifting capacity,building height,cost,attachment position,mechanical collision,and later demolition during construction,resulting in Insufficient weight capacity,coverage blind spots,difficulty in choosing attachment locations,mechanical running collisions,and difficulty in dismantling.In this paper,a series of researches are carried out based on the problems existing in the selection and layout of vertical transport machinery in building construction.The purpose of this research is to analyze and organize various aspects such as the selection and layout of vertical machinery before the application of construction engineering,the solution and avoidance of various problems in the use process,and other use rules and conditions,and finally build a mechanical intelligent deployment platform to provide engineering During construction,tower crane layout,type selection,construction time and space control,etc.provide convenience.In this study,various methods and methods such as experience summary,engineering research,engineering field monitoring,mechanical time-space analysis,finite element simulation,etc.were mainly used to carry out scientific research work,and a large amount of data and engineering experience were obtained to lay a firm foundation for the development of research work.The main research content of this research includes the following aspects:First,investigate 39 actual projects in Qingdao and surrounding areas,analyze the factors that affect the selection and layout of tower cranes and construction elevators,including coverage,lifting capacity,blind spots,collisions,demolition,etc.,and address possible problems Give specific preventive measures.Second,install tower crane operation monitoring devices in five typical projects,record the actual working conditions of the tower crane,and derive the lifting capacity formula based on the process,workload,lifting weight,lifting frequency,and lifting time,and put forward the key parameters of the formula,which are useful for determining the tower crane Whether it can meet the lifting capacity requirements is of great significance.Third,obtain the installation and dismantling time of the equipment through engineering research and summary of construction experience,and use the construction progress relationship to derive the corresponding formula to calculate whether the equipment needs to be lifted and attached at a specified time,attachment height,attachment number,attachment distance,equipment Height,etc.,provide rule support for the platform’s time-space simulation,and also conduct case analysis and research on machine collision and dismantling problems.Fourth,for the safety of the tower crane structure,the finite element simulation method is used to study and analyze the possible problems of the tower crane foundation(the raft and the foundation)and the opening of the floor,and propose the selection of the foundation foundation bearing conditions under different raft thicknesses,and Priority of opening position.Fifth,a platform for intelligent selection and layout of vertical transport machinery is established through platform development.Based on a complete study and analysis of the problems of vertical transport machinery,the platform can scientifically and reasonably select the best model and location of vertical transport machinery.In addition,the platform can manually adjust the time point to view the height,attachment,and lifting of the vertical transport machinery during the entire construction phase.Sixth,apply the established mechanical intelligent deployment platform to the project.Through the application of the vertical transportation machinery intelligent layout platform before the start of construction,the location and model of the machinery are selected,which effectively avoids the problems of improper coverage,insufficient lifting capacity,mechanical collision and environmental impact that may occur in the empirical machinery layout,and considers There may be problems with attachments,foundations and other structural aspects,and the ability to intuitively judge the mechanical state during the entire construction cycle improves the quality of the project,reduces unnecessary construction period losses,reduces the cost of the project,and provides a guarantee for the smooth development of the project.Higher economic and social benefits.
