| With the rapid development of information technology in China’s construction industry,it is an inevitable trend for construction enterprises to increase the application of BIM technology,and using BIM technology well is the key to improve the competitiveness of construction enterprises.However,judging from the application status of BIM technology in construction enterprises,its application effect has not reached the desired goal,nor has it met the requirements of the national policy.Therefore,this article takes the construction enterprise as the research object,on the basis of fully absorbing the domestic and foreign related literature research results,through the use of maturity theory,focusing on the dimension,evaluation and promotion path of BIM technology maturity model in construction enterprises,a systematic and comprehensive study on BIM technology maturity in construction enterprises is carried out,then promote the building construction enterprise BIM technology application and development.Based on the current situation of BIM technology application in construction enterprises,this paper combines the maturity theory with the application of BIM Technology,and studies the connotation,model,evaluation and promotion path of BIM technology application maturity.Firstly,the research status of BIM application maturity is analyzed.On the basis of this research,the connotation of BIM application maturity is put forward by using maturity theory Based on the study of the application status of BIM technology in construction enterprises,a maturity model of BIM technology application in construction enterprises is built around the principles of Systematicness,applicability and guidance,the model is divided into five dimensions: Application Level,personnel training,organization management,resource allocation,and guarantee system.Based on the research of related literatures,the secondary indexes under each dimension are preliminarily identified,by using the method of questionnaire,the preliminary identified indicators are revised and optimized,and finally a maturity model with 5 first-order dimensions and 20 second-order indicators is formed,the model level is divided into initial level,initial level,development level,mature level and promotion level.Then,using case analysis method,select Z construction enterprise as an evaluation case,evaluate the application maturity of BIM technology in Z enterprise,and take the maturity model dimension as the first-level Evaluation Index,the second-level index under each dimension is taken as the second-level evaluation index,and the suitable weightdetermining method and evaluation method are selected to study how to evaluate the maturity of the application of BIM technology in construction enterprises.finally,based on the development and requirements of BIM technology in construction enterprises,this paper comprehensively considers the application status and existing problems of BIM technology in construction enterprises,taking the application maturity model dimension of BIM technology in construction enterprises as the main line,this paper starts from five aspects: Technology Application,personnel training,organization and management,resource allocation and guarantee system,this paper studies the improvement path of application maturity of BIM technology in construction enterprises,and puts forward relevant improvement method of maturity. |
