At present,the total output value of China's construction industry continues to increase,but there are also problems such as improved technical difficulty and complicated management process.To this end,the government departments have successively issued relevant program documents for the development of information technology in the construction industry,aiming to promote the development of information technology in the construction industry and improve the management level and core competitiveness of construction enterprises.As the main production department of the construction industry,construction enterprises are the pioneers in the development of information technology.However,in the process of information construction,some enterprises are difficult to recognize the maturity of their own enterprise information development,unilaterally pursue high-tech,blindly invest a large number of The funds make the input and output not proportional to each other,and it is difficult to find the upside for the development of enterprise informationization.Therefore,how to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the maturity of informationization of construction enterprises is an important issue facing the construction of information construction enterprises.Firstly,it sorts out the research status of informationization development and information maturity of construction enterprises at home and abroad,identifies the related concepts of construction enterprise informationization and the main content of construction,introduces the concept of maturity,and builds a low The high-level hierarchical model is divided into initial level,growth level,standard level,lean level and optimization level,which lays up an evaluation framework for enterprise informationization maturity.Secondly,it analyzes the influencing factors of enterprise information maturity and ranks its influence degree.As a starting point,combined with literature review method and Delphi method,the evaluation indicators are divided into two categories:basic indicators and performance indicators.The basic indicators are the objective description and evaluation of the status quo of enterprise informationization development.The performance indicators are the evaluation of the efficiency and development potential of enterprise informationization.Then use the Delphi method to screen and sort the evaluation indicators,and finally determine the evaluation index system.Thirdly,the primary weight of the evaluation index is determined by AHP.The weight of the index is modified by DEMATEL,and the weights of the two are combined to determine the combined weight of the evaluation index.The existing maturity evaluation methods are compared and analyzed,and the grading evaluation method is used to evaluate the quantitative basic index system.The multi-level grey evaluation method is used to evaluate the qualitative performance index system.By synthesizing the scores of the two evaluations and substituting them into the proposed maturity evaluation level,the information maturity of the enterprise can be determined.Finally,the RS construction enterprise was selected for case analysis.The results show that the RS enterprise informationization maturity evaluation score is 82.76 points,which is at a higher level in the lean stage,and has the potential to upgrade to the optimization level,which is in line with enterprise informationization.The current level of development has been verified to verify the scientificity and feasibility of the evaluation model in the actual operation process.Then compare the index scores with the full score indicators,find the shortcomings of enterprise information development,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
