Pipe fitting processing is an important part of ship construction.Pipe fitting is an important part of connecting the main engine,auxiliary engine and other equipment,and also an important part of ensuring the normal sailing of the ship.The core manufacturing technology of pipe fittings is controlled by foreign enterprises,and the knowledge barrier is strict.It is urgent for the industry to carry out independent innovation and form a process system with independent intellectual property rights.Traditional two-dimensional construction drawings can not clearly and accurately express the process information of pipe fitting processing,which is not strong guidance for construction personnel.At the same time,the process data source is not unique,the information is jumbled,the process parameters are not accurate and so on have become the key factors affecting the manufacturing process of pipe fitting products.Through the research of pipe fitting process design process,this paper mainly completes the extraction and optimization of pipe fitting process information,the construction and release of THREE-DIMENSIONAL process model and the construction of three-dimensional process system.Firstly,the three-layer frame structure of user layer,function module layer and service data layer was determined by analyzing the actual requirements of the pipe fitting THREE-DIMENSIONAL process system for process information,three-dimensional model and field application.The function modules of 3d process model generation,user client,server data management and server online interaction are designed.The database of process,design and attribute information of pipe fitting is established by analyzing the data relationship structure of the system.Secondly,the process information of pipe fitting is extracted and the key process parameters are predicted and optimized.By standardizing the information classification form and content based on MBD pipe fitting process data set,the required information of the process was clarified.SolidWorks secondary development technology was used to establish the traversal identification method of feature tree of pipe fitting design model,and then the design and attribute information of pipe fitting was extracted.The relationship of process parameters affecting elongation and springback was obtained by studying the welding and bending process of pipe fittings and analyzing the processing data.Furthermore,the prediction model of process parameters was constructed based on LSTM neural network algorithm,and the conclusion was compared with the traditional prediction method.The MBD-based pipe fitting process model was defined.Composition.The geometric model of pipe fitting process was reconstructed by obtaining the entity and feature of pipe fitting model.The expression form of pipe fitting 3D process information is standardized,and the guiding 3D process model is obtained by 3d annotation technology.By comparing and analyzing the form of 3d process model generation and publishing,the 3d process model can be viewed based on browser by integrating visual browsing software.Finally,combined with the system requirements planning system development plan including design ideas,development platform and operating environment.According to the function needs of personnel,the system is divided into two parts to display information and model design,optimize the system workflow;The function module of the system is verified by the process design example of "welding before bending",which shows that the system has practical value for the process design of pipe fitting.
