Research On The Development Constraints And Promotion Strategies Of Fabricated Buildings In Shenyang

As a new production mode of construction industry,prefabricated building can realize the transformation from extensive to intensive,from simple economic growth to comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development.It is a new entry point for the sustainable development of China's construction industry and an inevitable choice for the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.Shenyang is the national approval of the first pilot and demonstration city construction industry modernization,prefabricated construction in our country it is important to development and promote the process of,therefore,the essay focuses on the analysis of shenyang prefabricated construction development restriction factor,and put forward countermeasures and Suggestions,for prefabricated construction in shenyang city development and the promotion to provide the beneficial reference and reference.First of all,this paper combs the development history and general situation of assembly architecture in the United States,Japan,Europe and China from the domestic and foreign development status,and provides reference for the development of assembly architecture in Shenyang.Secondly,based on the development status of assembly building in Shenyang,this paper finds out 28 constraints on the development of assembly building by literature summary method,screens the constraints through expert interviews,and finally determines 18 constraints on the development of assembly building in Shenyang,which are divided into five categories:market,economy,technology and politics.Government and management.Therefore,the evaluation index system of the development constraints of Shenyang assembly structure is constructed.Thirdly,this paper uses the decision-making laboratory model and interpretive structural model to analyze and study the influencing factors.Through qualitative and quantitative analysis,ten factors restricting the development of assembling architecture in Shenyang are found:lack of enthusiasm for enterprise development,existence of quality hidden dangers,insufficient market demand,lack of government subsidy support.Sufficiency,imperfect technical system,shortage of professionals,inadequate investment in early research and development,inadequate integrated design capacity.Finally,aiming at these constraints,the paper puts forward the promotion strategy of the healthy development of the assembled buildings in Shenyang,in order to provide some reference for the development of the assembled buildings in Shenyang.
