In recent years,the rapid development of urbanization and motorization has made the passenger flow of rural passenger transport’ cliff’ decline,resulting in most rural passenger stations idle and difficult operation.At the same time,with the rise of e-commerce and the popularization of information platform,the demand for rural logistics continues to rise.However,the existing county,township and village logistics network system is difficult to support the high-quality development of rural logistics.Township passenger and freight station is a public infrastructure for rural areas to provide passenger distribution,logistics transfer,warehousing and distribution functions,with the connecting role of upper county and lower village.Building a ’township passenger and freight station’ is an effective way to realize the integration and development of rural passenger transport and rural logistics.Based on this background,this paper focuses on the location optimization of township passenger and freight stations.Firstly,this paper analyzes the development status of rural passenger transport and rural logistics,interprets the concept of simultaneous passenger and freight stations in villages and towns and the necessity of transformation,and considers various types of demand for rural logistics,elaborates the development orientation of simultaneous passenger and freight stations in villages and towns from the three dimensions of passenger and freight subject status,cooperation mode and radiation ability,and introduces the method of plane layout of simultaneous passenger and freight stations.Secondly,the set pair analysis method is used to divide the suitability level of the construction of passenger and freight stations in townships,and the calculation method of the suitability of passenger and freight stations in townships is proposed,and some stations that are not suitable for construction are eliminated through the calculation of the suitability.Furthermore,the selected reserved sites are selected as the alternative points for the overall optimization of location selection.On the basis of considering the logistics demand,the location optimization model is established with the objective of minimizing the total cost of the construction of the township passenger and freight station and maximizing the utility of the service village demand point,and the constraint of the reserved construction area and the minimum service utility.The non-dominated genetic algorithm is used to solve the location layout and land scale of the township passenger and freight station.Finally,taking Zixing City as an example,the established location optimization model is applied to the construction of rural passenger and freight yards in Zixing City,and the appropriate location scheme is obtained.The research results of this paper provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the location optimization of township passenger and freight stations.While solving the bottleneck of rural passenger transport development,it makes up for the shortcomings of county,township and village three-level logistics network system development,improves the coverage rate of rural logistics services,and constructs a new pattern of rural logistics development,which has certain scientificity and applicability.
