| With the promotion of strategies such as "rural revitalization" and "transportation power",urban and rural transportation infrastructure has developed rapidly,and by 2020,China has basically achieved 100%bus access to qualified townships and organized villages.Urban and rural passenger transport undertakes the main task of urban and rural passenger transport,but with the popularization of motorized travel,urban and rural road passenger flow has shown a"sharp decline".At the same time,the income and consumption level of rural residents have steadily increased,laying a solid foundation for the development of rural logistics and the sinking of express delivery,especially the continuous "rising" demand for rural logistics.However,the characteristics of rural express mail such as dispersion,small scale,low frequency and strong seasonality have led to problems such as high cost and long time in the distribution of express mail in rural areas.In order to promote the sustainable development of urban and rural passenger transport and alleviate the problem of express mail entering the village,the thesis carries out a study on the optimization of the organization of urban and rural passenger carry express.The main research contents are as follows:First,the demand characteristics and status quo of urban and rural passenger transport and urban and rural express mail are analyzed,the common modes and implementation conditions of urban and rural passenger carry express are summarized,the characteristics of the organizational mode are sorted out from the three angles of passengers,express mail and passenger transport enterprises,and the organization mode of urban and rural passenger piggyback express is determined for multi-model and two-way demand;then,the modeling idea of urban and rural passenger piggyback express with multimodel and two-way demand is proposed;second,the construction of passenger travel delay,express delay time,Passenger transport enterprise models select the minimum total cost of the three as the target function,and the organization optimization model is constrained by the bearing capacity of passenger vehicles,the length of passenger travel delay,and the express time window;then,the genetic algorithm of elite retention strategy is designed to solve;finally,the model is applied to the passenger line from the passenger terminal to Tongxin Village in Miluo City,and the solution results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.The research process provides an operational basis for urban and rural passenger transport to carry express mail,while improving the comprehensive attractiveness of urban and rural passenger transport,it provides new development ideas for urban and rural logistics enterprises,which not only alleviates the problem of rural express distribution,but also injects new impetus into the sustainable development of urban and rural passenger transport. |
