| In recent years,the state has invested more and more in the construction of major infrastructure projects such as transportation,water conservancy and municipal administration.At the same time,the Ministry of housing and urban rural development has issued several opinions on further promoting the development of general contracting,requiring to continue to deepen the reform of project organization and implementation mode,vigorously promote the general contracting system,and improve the quality and efficiency of project construction.The promotion and use of the general contracting mode of design and construction is conducive to improving and realizing the deep integration of the work at all stages of the life cycle of the whole process of the project,but the engineering change events in the implementation stage are still increasing.From the current available data,the engineering change risk is still one of the important risks faced by many participating units in project management,so the research on the change risk is very necessary.This paper studies the risk management of engineering change in the implementation stage under the general contracting mode of design and construction based on the regional road network project of landscape area,the industrial development project in the core area of China Ceramic valley.Firstly,the paper analyzes the characteristics of project change risk management in the implementation stage under the general contracting mode of design and construction;Secondly,the risk factors are identified based on FIDIC conditions,and the risk factors are selected based on questionnaire analysis;Then,based on the selected list,the engineering change risk evaluation index system is constructed,the index weight and evaluation interval are studied and determined,and the engineering change risk evaluation model based on fuzzy matter-element analysis is established;Finally,the research puts forward the risk control countermeasures of engineering change in the implementation stage of design and construction general contracting,as well as the specific measures of risk management of regional road network project in China Ceramic valley landscape area.Through the research on the project change risk management in the implementation stage under the general contracting mode of design and construction of regional road network engineering in the landscape area of the industrial development project in the core area of China Ceramic Valley,through the construction of the project change risk evaluation index system and the project change risk evaluation model,this paper selects the change risk factors in the implementation stage under the general contracting mode of design and construction and determines the level of risk factors,This paper provides operable countermeasures for different levels of risk factors,which can provide a certain reference for Chinese enterprises in the risk management of engineering change in the implementation stage of design and construction general contracting mode. |
