| The quality of the road is an important factor that determines whether passengers feel comfortable in the driving of the vehicle.The paver,as a road building machine,has been rapidly developed to improve the quality of the road.As one of the main working devices of the paver,the ironing plate of the paver is used to compact and smooth the paving medium,so that the target section has a certain density and flatness.The research on the structure and design method of paver ironing plate frame is of indispensable significance to shorten the development cycle of new products and improve the performance of ironing plate.Based on the project of cooperation with enterprises,the main research contents as follows:(1)The popular secondary development technology of Creo is studied,and a set of parametric design system for the design of paver ironing plate frame is developed.The system realizes the structural variant design function and parametric design function of paver ironing plate frame,and the function of generating two-dimensional engineering drawing by one key.(2)The model simplification technology from the design model to the simulation model is studied,and a simulation model simplification system is developed.To meet the needs of designers,the system simplifies the three-dimensional model from two aspects of inhibiting assembly parts and inhibiting part characteristics,which reduces the workload of designers to simplify the model.(3)Modal module in ANSYS workbench was used to conduct modal analysis of the paver ironing plate.The first 10 order vibration modes and corresponding natural frequencies of the paver ironing plate in the range of 0-60 Hz were obtained,and the vibration frequency range in the working state of the ironing plate was given.The research results of this paper can effectively shorten the design cycle of paver ironing plate frame in terms of design efficiency.In the aspect of model simplification,it can effectively reduce the number of features of the assembly model and reduce the workload of a large number of designers.At present,the research results have been applied to the design of pavers in an enterprise.In addition,the system designed in this paper has a certain universality,which is not only suitable for paver ironing plate frame,but also for other similar mechanical products,which provides an important reference for other product design. |
