The anti-submarine equipment system of warship formation is a typical complex system,covering various fields of sea,land,air,space and electricity.The equipment scale is huge and the structure relationship is complex.Its comprehensive combat effectiveness is not the simple sum of the effectiveness of various anti-submarine platforms or antisubmarine equipment in the formation,but the result of the cooperation of various resources in the formation.It is of great significance to evaluate the effectiveness of antisubmarine equipment system of warship formation scientifically and reasonably for demonstration,research,construction and operational application of anti-submarine equipment of warship formation.Effectiveness evaluation based on the warship formation antisubmarine equipment system as the research object,analyzing the related current research status at home and abroad,summarized the relevant theories of weapon equipment operational effectiveness evaluation system,in view of the warship formation anti-submarine equipment system effectiveness evaluation to establish the related algorithm foundation,against defects in algorithm and puts forward the improved method,based on the concept of warship formation anti-submarine warfare,capacity requirements,etc.,from various angles in warship formation anti-submarine equipment the establishment of the evaluation index of the system,the qualitative and quantitative index with different dimension and value range of the normalized processing,combined with the typical scenario of warship formation anti-submarine warfare simulation assessment of the established index system and assessment method for validation.
