Along with the rapid development of urbanization since the reform and open policy,the population is moving from the rural to the cities,while the land of countryside are gradually encroached by the cities.The current situation of rural shrinkage is becoming more and more serious.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the establishment of the national spatial planning system have brought new opportunities and challenges for rural planning and construction.At present,rural road planning is faced with the problems of special and universal contradiction of "pilot" construction,blindness and pattern of road network construction,and serious contradiction between rural shrinkage and construction development.Therefore,this study analyzes the rural road network from the perspective of spatial planning,establishes an evaluation system and explores the optimization strategies of the road network in order to improve the fragmentation of rural land,optimize the accuracy of rural revitalization funds and enhance the rationality of the planning scheme.At first,chapter 2 of the paper conducts the study of the theoretical foundations and summary: we summarize the literature on rural road network planning,accessibility calculation and road evaluation system at home and abroad,sort out their research contents and related technologies,and comprehensively consider relevant basic theories such as sustainable development and optimal allocation of land resources to lay the foundation for the establishment of the research framework.By summarizing the evolution of road network system,road network form,traffic characteristics,and the planning demand of rural road network by spatial planning,the characteristics of rural road network are outlined,and the principles and focus of road network evaluation system are summarized.Secondly,construction of a road network evaluation system and evaluation of the road network in the study area: based on the principles of people-oriented,scientific,systematic and operable,the road network evaluation indexes were scientifically selected by combining the perspective of territorial spatial planning,including a total of 11 evaluation index factors at three levels of convenience and efficiency,green economy and safety and comfort,and the weight of road network evaluation accounted for by the indexes was calculated by using the fuzzy evaluation method.Fifteen administrative villages in Sizichuan Village were selected as the empirical area,and the basic database(including DEM elevation data,road network data,land and population data)was established by Arc GIS to quantify and evaluate the indicators of the planned road network of each administrative village within the study area.The evaluation data were compared and analyzed to reveal the characteristics of each index of the planned road network in the area and to discuss its existing problems.Finally,the analysis results of the road network evaluation system of Sizichuan Village are comprehensively analyzed,and its problems are summarized in four aspects: the service capacity of the road network,the relationship between the road and the overall layout of the countryside,the limitation of the road network to serve production and living facilities in coordination,and the ecological economy of the road network.According to the optimization principles of balancing internal service capacity,saving and intensive land use,and protecting the ecology of the countryside,the optimization objectives and optimization ideas are determined,and the road network optimization strategies are determined through three aspects:convenient and efficient regional connection,reasonable and economic internal network,and overall optimization of spatial layout,in order to optimize and enhance the rationality of the road network in Sizichuan Village,and provide new ideas of road network planning for other villages in the loess hilly area of Longzhong.
