This topic comes from the data recorder project of a certain type of armored vehicle.the vehicle-mounted recorder is used to record and store the video data from the operating terminal,missile viewer and the bus data that interacts with the vehicle’s devices during the operation of the armored vehicle,it provides data support for the experimentalists to analyze the missile flight path and locate the fault cause.Thesis mades improvements to the existing the recorder,The improvements including the inability to process multiple video,the poor ability of disk data management,and the complicated way of data export,thesis use a the design of the vehicle data recorder based on TMS320DM8168,using redundant arrays of independent disks and video codec technology to create innovative designs for data storage and video playback,The completion of the thesis is as follows:(1)Thesis determines the overall design scheme of recorder according to the function requirement and performance indicators,using the video processing chip TMS320DM8168 as the core,combining video transcoding chip ADV7441 and FPGA to compose the hardware architecture of the recorder,completed the software design of each function of the recorder Based on the DVRRDK development framework;(2)According to the video processing requirements of high compression ratio and low frame loss rate,recorder handles three channels of video input,including transcoding,acquis-ition,time scale stacking,compression coding,The time scale stacking accuracy is 1ms,and the video compression encoding format is H.264;(3)In order to improve the storage reliability of recorder data,using the technology of redundant array of independent disks for recorder disk arrays,ensure that any disk is damaged by another disk for data reading and writing,and use the signal response mechanism to realize U disk storage function,automatically disk data export to the U disk;(4)In order to launch personnel real-time analysis of missile flight trajectory,improve the precision of missile strikes,This recorder design and implement the real-time playback function of video stored on disk,and modify the video decoding process on this basis,recorder can control the decoding sequence of video frames according to the video operation instruction,and realize the function of five times speed playback and single frame playback.(5)Designs various interface functions of SQlite database to manage data files in recorder disk effectively.Designed the corresponding user interface to display the relevant state of the recorder,and build a test environment to test the recorder,the results show that the recorder can process three channels of video simultaneously,and the video compression ratio is above 50:1,and the frame loss rate is below 0.1%.Data can be stored redundantly to a disk and exported to a USB flash drive.Video playback supports double speed and single frame playback.All functions are normal and meet the equipment acceptance requirements.
