| Under the macro situation of economic transition and development,the competition between companies has become increasingly fierce.In the complex and easy-to-change environment,companies urgently need to adjust their own development strategies.Under the influence of the continuous development of IT,the business model and competition mode of enterprises have gradually changed.With the continuous expansion of new businesses and formats,the organizational structure of enterprises is frequently adjusted.However,the organizational structure of traditional enterprises is mostly set at the "section level" based on their own development and internal operation,which often leads to the long value chain of enterprises The synergy is not high.The whole industry puts too much emphasis on standardization and is difficult to meet personalized needs.At the same time,the "rigid" organizational structure lacks flexibility and can not support enterprises to quickly meet customer needs and respond to market changes.Enterprise transformation and upgrading is imperative.Establishing an efficient core organizational structure as soon as possible and combining a good organizational structure with the overall development strategy of the enterprise has become a major challenge and test that the majority of manufacturing companies need to face.B compressor company is a key backbone enterprise of the Ministry of industry and one of the 500 largest machinery industry enterprises in China.It has a history of producing all kinds of compressors for more than 50 years.At present,Company B is in the development stage that needs to increase revenue and reduce expenditure,but the organizational structure has become an important restrictive factor for the rapid development of the enterprise.Therefore,taking B compressor company as a case study,combined with the development status of the company,this paper comprehensively discusses the optimal design scheme of the organization under the strategic transformation of manufacturing enterprises.In the first place,the unpleasant meaning of the background of the topic selection of this paper is introduced,and the current situation of organizational structure is reviewed by referring to the literature of scholars from various countries.Secondly,it elaborates the basic concepts and theories of organization and organizational structure design,mainly including organizational structure and types of organizational structure,and introduces the research situation of enterprise strategy theory and enterprise organizational structure design theory,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for this paper.Then,the development status and structure of Company B were studied,and it analyzes the competitive situation and external business environment of the air compressor industry,the resources and capabilities of B compressor company,from the perspective of enterprise strategic transformation.Then,analyzes and diagnoses the problems existing in the existing organizational structure of B compressor company through questionnaire survey and interview,and makes preparations for the optimization scheme of organizational structure of B compressor company in the next stage.And puts forward the principles,ideas and specific schemes for the optimal design of the organizational structure of B compressor company.Finally,this paper takes the conditions required for the optimization of company B’s organizational structure as an entry point to provide a strong guarantee for the smooth implementation of company B’s optimization plan,this part of thesis mainly determines the guarantee measures for the implementation of organizational structure optimization of B compressor company in terms of corporate culture,organization,system,communication mechanism and information system. |
