The automobile transportation industry in China has developed rapidly in recent years.The fuel consumption of motor vehicles has had a certain impact on the national energy strategy.Therefore,the country pays more attention to the increasingly serious energy consumption problem.On September 22,2020,Chinese President Xi Jinping solemnly declared at the general debate of the 75th United Nations General Assembly:China will increase its nationally determined contribution,adopt more powerful policies and measures,and strive to achieve carbon dioxide emissions by 2030.peak and strive to achieve carbon neutrality by2060.According to the requirements of relevant national standards,vehicle comprehensive performance testing institutions need to be equipped with carbon balance fuel consumption meters,and at the same time start the annual inspection of whether the fuel consumption of freight vehicles is up to the standard.In order to realize the full parameter calibration of the carbon balance fuel consumption meter,a carbon balance fuel consumption meter calibration device using the oil gas conversion method is designed and developed,which overcomes the shortcomings of the past mass method and carbon dioxide injection method,and has better measurement accuracy.This paper studies the working principle of the carbon balance fuel consumption meter,and determines the overall design scheme of the calibration device of the carbon balance fuel consumption meter based on the actual working conditions.According to the law of conservation of carbon mass,the oil gas conversion device is innovatively invented to convert fuel into gas containing carbon of the same mass by burning fuel.The carbon balance fuel consumption meter calculates the fuel consumption value by measuring the carbon containing gas,compares the fuel capacity consumed by the oil gas conversion device with the fuel consumption value measured by the carbon balance fuel consumption meter,and obtains the indication error;The calibration device consumes different amounts of fuel by changing the size of the load,realizing the simulation of fuel consumption under different working conditions,simulating the actual working state of the calibrated fuel consumption meter,and meeting the traceability requirements of different measuring ranges of the calibrated equipment.On this basis,the development of the measurement control system of the carbon balance fuel consumption meter calibration device is completed,which can realize the calibration process control and real-time data collection,Direct printing of calibration result report and other functions.This paper studies the calibration device of carbon balance fuel consumption meter from five aspects:design scheme,hardware system design,measurement and control system design,device uncertainty analysis,and device test result verification.The main research contents are as follows:1.Based on the law of conservation of carbon mass,this paper designs a carbon balance fuel consumption meter calibration device based on the oil gas conversion device.The calibration capability can cover the common carbon balance fuel consumption meter on the market.Flow measurement range of the device:(10~30)m3/min,MPE:±0.5%;Concentration measurement range:CO(0.04~0.8)%,C3H8(50~800)×10-6,CO2(0.4~3.2)%,measurement uncertainty Urel=1%,k=2;fuel consumption measurement uncertainty:Urel=1.0%,k=2.2.In order to ensure the synchronization of the measurement time of the mass flowmeter and the carbon balance fuel consumption meter,the design uses C#language environment to compile the acquisition and control software,which has a high degree of integration,can display the collected calibration data in real time,and a clear human-computer interface can intuitively read the real-time data and historical data.3.After successful development,the device was compared with multi brand and multi batch equipment calibrated by non carbon balance method,and the results met the operating requirements. |
