Research On Airport Clearance Safety Risk Managemen

In recent years,the aviation industry has achieved rapid development.At the same time,people pay more attention to safety issues such as aircraft takeoff.Airport clearance is an important part of civil aviation system,which plays a very important role in ensuring flight safety.Airport clearance management plays a decisive role in the existence of the airport.However,with the rapid development of the national economy,the environment around the airport has changed greatly,and the airport clearance is facing a very serious challenge.According to the survey data released by the relevant departments,at present,25% of the domestic airports have various problems,and some airports have been shut down because of such problems,which has caused very serious economic losses to the country.Clearance plays a very important role in the normal operation of civil airports,plays an important role in airport operation,and shoulders a very important responsibility in flight safety.With the gradual increase of the number of domestic civil airports and the gradual acceleration of economic construction,the height of the buildings around the airport is also increasing,which poses a great threat to the flight safety of the airport.For the current civil aviation clearance management,there are serious problems in the control scope and other aspects.Solving these problems can effectively improve the clearance safety level of civil aviation airports.First of all,using qualitative analysis method,through the analysis of the relevant safety incidents in XX Airport in the past,it is concluded that there are four deficiencies in XX Airport’s clearance safety management work: obstacle risk,light pollution risk,electromagnetic interference risk,and dust risk.In order to obtain a more comprehensive and in-depth assessment of the current situation of XX airport clearance safety risk,this paper analyzes the XX airport clearance safety risk level from a quantitative perspective.Combined with the safety risk management theory and the characteristics of airport clearance management,based on the risk control theory,the airport clearance safety risk assessment system is built,which covers many contents such as risk assessment.Combined with this system,the paper uses the corresponding method to carry out a quantitative analysis on the safety risk of airport clearance.On this basis,the current status of air clearance safety risk management in XX airport is obtained,and pertinent suggestions are put forward.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,constructive reference and suggestions can be provided for the risk management of air clearance safety in domestic airports,and a boost to the flight safety of the civil aviation system.
