| The nuclear power industry has developed rapidly with China’s clear goal of "carbon peak carbon neutrality".At the same time,the country has proposed the overall goal of Digital transformation.Informatization and core business of nuclear power enterprises have begun to rapidly integrate,and the informatization work of nuclear power enterprises is becoming more and more important.The earthquake network virus incident in Iran indicates that network security issues may not only affect the normal production of nuclear power enterprises,but also cause nuclear security accidents such as equipment damage and shutdown.Network security has become a necessary condition for the reliable and stable operation of nuclear power enterprises.Establishing and continuously improving the network security operation mechanism of nuclear power enterprises to ensure the reliable operation of their information systems has become a basic requirement for the safe and stable operation of nuclear power plants.Facing the macro concept of network security,it is difficult to directly carry out work.Firstly,it is necessary to understand the current situation of enterprise network security and identify the weak links of network security work in order to carry out work with a targeted approach.Therefore,researching and establishing a network security risk assessment model for nuclear power enterprises has become one of the urgent tasks for nuclear power enterprises.This article conducts research on the network security work of S Nuclear Power Company,with the aim of establishing a network security risk assessment model for S Nuclear Power Company and evaluating the network security risk level of S Nuclear Power Company.The full text studies the development background of the nuclear power industry,elaborates on the theoretical and practical value of the research,clarifies the research focus and investigation methods,and elaborates on the network security issues of S-class nuclear power enterprises.The main research methods are determined by summarizing the literature,and the risk points of network security of S Nuclear Power Company are determined by using the literature research method and Delphi method method.The weights of various risk indicators are calculated and ranked by using the expert scoring and analytic hierarchy process.The calculation results of risk indicator weights show that among the first level indicators,the network security management indicator is the biggest threat point to S Nuclear Power Company’s network security,followed by the network security technology indicator,and the threat level of the network security operation indicator is the lowest.In the second level indicators,the top five risk points that need to be focused on are organizational structure,institutional standards,physical security,system construction,and personnel security.By using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and based on the evaluation results,it is determined that the network security risk of S Nuclear Power Company is at a medium to low level.However,there are still security risks in the network security organization and security system construction of S Nuclear Power Company,and continuous improvement and improvement are needed in the future.Based on the threat level of network security risks,propose S Nuclear Power Company’s network security risk prevention measures and guarantee measures.Finally,the limitations and future prospects of this study are pointed out.Through the research methods,process,and conclusions of this article,it is hoped that it can provide useful reference for relevant nuclear power enterprises in network security risk management. |
