| Cities are an important carrier for human survival and development.The continuous economic growth has accelerated the pace of urbanization in China.The excessively concentrated pace has exposed many "big city diseases".The issue of urban public safety is the first problem to be faced,and the solution of this problem is related to the interests of most residents.In order to prevent the sensitive and complex urban system from being disturbed by the outside world and bring serious harm to urban public safety,it is urgent to find out the factors that affect the resilience level of urban public safety and the relationship between them,so as to better provide directions and ideas for improving the response capacity of urban public safety.By sorting out the current development in the field of urban public safety and resilience theory,the urban public safety resilience has been redefined.Based on the analysis of factors affecting the resilience level of urban public safety,and in accordance with the principles of independence,orientation and operability in the evaluation index system,the urban public security resilience evaluation index system is constructed with the five dimensions of economic resilience,social resilience,management resilience,infrastructure resilience and ecological resilience as the starting point.Based on the principle of minimum degree of deviation,the combined empowerment method is used to calculate the weights of the indicators in the constructed urban public safety resilience evaluation index system,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation principle is applied to construct the urban public safety resilience evaluation model.Zhengzhou City was selected as the research object,collect index data,and evaluate its urban public safety resilience level.Based on the analysis of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results,suggestions are put forward to optimize the response ability of urban public safety.Figure 7;Table 13;Reference 67... |
