| In view of the personalized and customized manufacturing demand and the frequently changing market environment,the traditional manufacturing system can not adapt to the modern manufacturing mode because of its large investment,long planning and design cycle and low flexibility.Reconfigurable manufacturing system(RMS)with its reconfigurability can change the production function and production capacity of the manufacturing system through reconfiguration.It can quickly respond to the change of market demand and timely launch products to meet the manufacturing demand.The layout planning problem has always been one of the important contents and key technologies of RMS.Based on the problem of machine selection and machine layout,this paper proposes solutions for the production of part family.At the same time,aiming at the change of production demand,the dynamic layout based on the extension of part family is solved.The main contents of this paper are summarized as follows:For the production of part family,based on the prototype of reconfigurable machine tool(RMT),RMS machine selection is studied.The mapping relationship between machining process and RMT is defined.The reconfiguration cost and reconfiguration index are quantified from two levels of equipment level and system level,and the machine optimization model is established.An improved multi-objective cuckoo algorithm is proposed to solve the model.The case results show that the proposed method can quickly select the more economical and higher reconfiguration index of the RMT selection scheme.For the production of part family,based on the RMS basic configuration,the RMS machine layout is studied.The advantages and disadvantages of the basic configuration are analyzed.Considering the machine size and loading and unloading points,the layout strategy is proposed and the layout model is established.The single objective cuckoo algorithm is applied to solve the model.The case results show that the proposed layout strategy can generate a low material handling cost and compact machine layout scheme.Based on the RMS layout of the current production cycle,the dynamic layout design of RMS is studied based on the extension of part family.A reconfiguration strategy combining stage expansion and machine expansion is proposed,and RMS reconfiguration model is established.Using visual components simulation software to solve the model and generate RMS reconfiguration scheme.The simulation results show that the proposed reconfiguration strategy can not only make full use of the original manufacturing resources,but also make the manufacturing system respond to the changes of manufacturing requirements quickly.For the production of part family,this paper explores the optimization selection method for RMT,layout strategy and layout reconfiguration strategy based on the extension of part family.On the one hand,the proposed method can be used for reference in the further study of manufacturing system,on the other hand,it can also be applied to practical engineering layout. |
