| As a common means of tra nsportation,a utomobiles ha ve been popularize d in the work and life of the public.With the increasing supply and demand of automobile products,automobile tra nsportation has become a hot topic in the world toda y.With the deve lopment of world economic inte gration,my country has deve loped into a ma jor vehic le export country.By the end of 2020,the tota l va lue of vehic le imports and exports has exceeded 150 billion U.S.dollars.For the sea transportation of vehic les,the main choice is the transportation of ro-ro ships and conta iner ships.At present,ma ny countries and regions have issued rele vant regulations and guidance documents for the transportation of vehic les on ro-ro ships,and automobiles are regarded as semi-standard cargo.For conta inerized cargo,the Internationa l Maritime Organization has also issue d rele vant transportation regulations and guidance for different types of cargo.However,the rules for securing and lashing vehic les in conta iners do not provide effective verification methods for automobile transportation,so that there are no reliable and standardized standards for vehic le transportation in c onta iners for use in engineering practice.In this context,this paper conducts specific research on the vehic le stowage and securing scheme in the conta iner,the force of the vehic le in the sea,and the check scheme.The interna l structure of the container and the characteristic structure and size of the vehic le are used as the basis.According to the vehic le stowage The theoretica l creation mode l of the movement on the ship,combined with the engineering experience of actual vehic le shipments,and the provisions in the spec ifications and mechanical ca lculation methods of various ministries,are used to compare,optimize and improve the vehic les in the container.Create feasible lashing schemes based on the lashing process of vehic le transportation in actua l work,the require ments of different rules for securing lashing,and the safety requ irements of the car body.Compare the calculation methods of securing lashings used in the transportation of vehic les on ro-ro ships,the calculation methods of force calculation of non-standard cargo units in conta iners and the require ments of stowage securing,and summarize the verification formulas and effectiveness evaluation methods of the physica l system in the summary rules.Calculate the different parameters involved in the plan and judge the feasibility.Check the details of the different sche mes,and give reasonable suggestions for the effectiveness of the scheme according to the actual stowage conditions of the vehic les,so as to apply the theoretical mode l and engineering practice as the basis for securing and lashing the vehic les in the container to ensure The securing method of the vehic le in actual transportation is feasible and the safety of the vehicle. |
