In the process of realizing its strategic goals,enterprises not only need sufficient human resources,financial resources and material resources,but also need to maximize the practicability of the three resources of human,finance and material.A good organizational structure is the basis for ensuring the effective operation of the three resources of human,financial and material resources and the full use of their practicality.The optimization of corporate organizational structure can help companies improve the functions of various departments,further clarify the relationships between various departments,optimize the corresponding relationships between the internal elements of the organization,and engage in achieving the overall stability of the organization.Separating the organization’s hierarchical structure and authority is conducive to making the relationship between the superior and the subordinate more clearly,ensuring that each level has a reasonable management scope,and improving management efficiency.If the organizational structure is unreasonable,it will lead to duplication of department settings and confusion of department functions,making it difficult to communicate between departments,and ultimately leading to inefficient operation of the enterprise.Therefore,optimizing the organizational structure can promote the implementation of corporate development strategies and improve operational efficiency has important practical significance.This paper takes LH construction company as the research object,using the relevant theories of organizational structure optimization,firstly analyzes the main problems and causes of the current structure of LH construction company,secondly,gives corresponding optimization design schemes based on the main existing problems,and finally,to ensure optimization The design plan was successfully implemented,and corresponding specific implementation safeguard measures were given.Through the research of this article,we mainly get: LH Construction Company currently has five main problems in its organizational structure:LH Construction Company’s headquarters function is lacking,resulting in poor management standardization and low docking efficiency;LH Construction Company’s subsidiaries and subordinate business units have repeated establishment of functional institutions,Resulting in excessive staffing in the organizational structure and difficulty in effectively sharing office resources;business competition among subsidiaries of LH construction company is not conducive to the formation of business synergy between subsidiaries;low efficiency of line management of LH construction company and high compliance risk,Resulting in a mismatch between business flow and cash flow,and low capital management efficiency;LH construction company’s work process has no standardized management,resulting in the lack of unified centralized management of the institutional documents of the functional sector,which leads to unevenness.According to current situation of construction of LH company organization structure has the problems and reasons,in the organization’s goals and organizational structure optimization,on the basis of design principles,combined with the background and the business enterprise actual,optimize the organizational structure design research,formulate reasonable organizational structure,and puts forward five security measures conducive to the organizational structure optimization,to ensure smooth operation,the new organizational structure can,in turn,form the business together,develop and expand the company business,enhance the company’s overall operating efficiency.In this paper,the study hopes to LH construction company set up in accordance with company’s normal and effective operation management mode and the scientific and rational management system,clear hierarchy,functions,division of professional and management standard organizational structure system,help the company to solve the existing problems,to strengthen the company’s adaptability,for the integration of the company and the structural support of sustainable development.
