| With the continuous development of the country’s economy and culture,the urbanization process has shifted to the direction of intelligent construction.As a community public commercial retail space,community vegetable markets play an important role in the development of cities and communities.On the other hand,as a place of rigid demand for people’s livelihood consumption,the vegetable market shoulders the basic role of the society and the state in the allocation of agricultural resources,and is more related to the people’s livelihood and well-being.However,the current traditional community vegetable market space environment and functional services have been unable to meet the people’s growing consumption needs and consumption concept upgrades at this stage,and it is urgent to explore a vegetable market reconstruction design path that is satisfactory to the current community residents.As the capital city of Jiangsu Province,Nanjing has a dense population distribution in the urban area,a large number of vegetable markets in old communities,and the situation of uneven and insufficient development is prominent.This paper takes the vegetable market renovation project of Yinlong Community in Qinhuai District,Nanjing as the research sample and practice object.First,it fully sorts out the development status and transformation and upgrading mode of domestic and foreign vegetable markets,and analyzes and summarizes relevant domestic and foreign practice cases.This draws from the experience and inspiration of the transformation of the vegetable market.In order to have a full understanding of the basic situation of the vegetable market in Nanjing,the author conducts a classified investigation and research on the typical vegetable markets in various regions in Nanjing.Through on-site research on environmental characteristics,functional layout,streamline distribution,indoor environment,and evaluation of the degree of intelligence of different types of community vegetable markets,the practical problems are summarized,and the necessity of intelligent transformation of vegetable market space is clarified.Then,by introducing the theory of demand and environmental psychology,the article puts the community vegetable market into the background of the current digital age and the social environment of the continuous development of the epidemic,so as to clarify the intelligent demand of the current vegetable market space transformation,and transform the space intelligently.Combined with relevant theoretical foundations,the basic framework for the intelligent transformation of community vegetable markets is constructed,and strategies are sorted out by classification.The article combines policy research,relevant literature research,case analysis research,field research,questionnaire interviews,and other research methods,as well as interviews and surveys on practical samples in terms of space status,functional requirements,and crowd usage.The intelligent transformation design of the research samples.Through the design practice project of Yinlong Community Vegetable Market Reconstruction,the author introduces the concept of smart vegetable market,enriches the combination of market formats,responds to the threat of the epidemic to space security with strategies such as space unit modularization,and builds a community vegetable market complex to meet the needs of different groups of people.Personalized demand for community vegetable markets.The study concluded that the digital construction of the current vegetable market and the needs of epidemic prevention can be achieved through the intelligent transformation of space.On the other hand,the transformation of the community vegetable market complex has played a beneficial role in the development of community culture and the enhancement of community vitality. |
