| At the present stage,in order to enhance their competitiveness in the market,major pharmaceutical enterprises focus most of their energy on developing soft power,but do not pay enough attention to the aspects related to physical construction.In the construction stage of physical projects such as comprehensive office buildings,many problems such as project delays and slow construction progress often occur.In this thesis,based on the current situation of pharmaceutical enterprise construction,we systematically analyze the project delays and determine the corresponding response plan so that the project construction schedule risk can be effectively reduced.In the research process,the construction schedule problems existing in the construction stage of the project are systematically analyzed based on the project schedule and project risk management theories,taking the office building project of H pharmaceutical company as the research case.The project schedule was determined by combining the actual situation of the project.On this basis,brainstorming and Delphi method are used to identify the project construction schedule risks and analyze the mapping relationship between schedule risks and schedule nodes.The risks are further analyzed quantitatively and the risk evaluation results are discussed.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the research results,the author identifies the corresponding project schedule suggestions and strategies and proposes safeguards from three levels: schedule planning,schedule management and evaluation.In the research process,this thesis is mainly based on the schedule risks existing in the construction process of the office building project of H Pharmaceutical Company to provide strong support for the schedule risk control of construction projects,and also to supplement the current project schedule risk management research theory accordingly. |
