Research On Compound Design Of College Students’ Dormitory In Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area

With the rapid development of China’s economic level,the reform of college education concept and the transformation of students’ learning and recreation mode,college student dormitories have been transformed from simple living places to comprehensive training places for environmental education.The traditional design mode with single function and monotonous space has been unable to adapt to the needs of the new era.The design method of college student dormitory from the perspective of compound has attracted more and more attention.The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,as an economically developed region with a high urbanization rate and prosperous university construction in China,has carried out many practices in the field of compound design of university student dormitories,but there are still some gaps in theoretical construction and design strategy summary.In this paper,with a large bay area of guangdong college students’ dormitory as the research object,through the composite in recent years,university students’ dormitory design case study analysis,combined with the survey of student behavior demand characteristics,deeply analyze the function of college students dormitory,space problems and mutual relationship,the correlation of multi-layer composite and composite innovative design strategies and methods are put forward.The paper is divided into the following three parts:Part one: aims to raise questions and contains the first two chapters of the article.The first chapter first describes the research background and significance,and defines the research object,research scope and related concepts.Then,it summarizes the research results at home and abroad,and determines the research method and framework of this paper.The second chapter is the basic research part.Firstly,the connotation and characteristics of college student dormitory compound design are further elaborated,and the development process,current problems and development motivation of college student dormitory compound design are summarized.Secondly,it summarizes the current situation of dormitory use and students’ behavioral needs through the research results.Finally,the paper makes an in-depth analysis of typical college student dormitory compound design practice cases in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.The second part aims at analyzing and solving problems,including the third and fourth core chapters of this paper.The third chapter studies the functional and spatial complex design of student dormitory group and campus from the planning level.As a larger and larger part of campus construction,student dormitory should be coordinated with campus function and space.Therefore,the research on the compound design of student dormitory should not be limited to the dormitory building itself,but should first be placed in the context of the campus to conduct an overall study on the function and space of the dormitory group.This paper proposes a compound design strategy of controlling function configuration of dormitory group as a whole and integrating dormitory group with campus space.Chapter four firstly studies the functional characteristics and compound methods of dormitory building ontology.On this basis,combining with the behavioral needs of students,it puts forward a multi-dimensional compound design method of dormitory functions complementing and integrating,expanding and extending,and polysemy transformation.Secondly,based on the difference of public space,the space in dormitory building is divided into public space,semi-public space and private space,and multi-level complex design methods such as superposition penetration of continuous sharing space and fragmentation embedding to promote communication are proposed.The third part aims to summarize the problems and includes chapter 5.Firstly,the design strategy is summarized as follows: The composite design of university dormitories in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao is the need of the development of higher education and the embodiment of the overall design concept of multi-coordination.In the design process,it is necessary to coordinate and control the functional and spatial relations of university campuses,student dormitories and dormitory buildings.Combined with the actual situation of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,such as social background,campus planning,student behavior needs,dormitory management mode,economic cost,etc.,the main contradictions and goals in the compound design are clarified,and the compound design is promoted problem-oriented.Secondly,the research results and innovation points are summarized.Combined with the planning and development trend of colleges and universities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the background of the information age,the humanization and marketization of dormitory functions are summarized.The dormitory space is
