Research On Intensive Design Strategies Of University Living Areas In Guangdong,hong Kong And Macau

With the increasing tension of land and resources,the extensive and low-density university construction model has gradually become the product of the old era.The intensive university development method that changes from speed to quality and from rugged to connotative has become an inevitable choice for the moment.The college living area,which is closely related to the social living standard and the development mode of colleges and universities,is facing many contradictions between the increase in the number of enrolled students,the increase in the average area per student,the improvement in the quality of living,and the lack of land use conditions.This contradiction is particularly serious in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macau,where economic standards are high and land shortages are prominent.As the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area continues to advance,the quality and quantity of universities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao region will be further improved and developed.How to alleviate the contradictions faced by the living areas of universities in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,and how to build a new type of university living area has become an important issue in the construction of universities in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao.Based on the above research background,the author chose the living areas of the University of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macau as the research object,and discussed its methods and strategies in intensive design.In the past ten years,the new university living areas in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macau have been constantly exploring and trying intensive design,and gained valuable design experience and practical results.However,it is still relatively vacant in terms of theoretical proposition and design strategy induction.Through investigation and research on completed projects,combined with relevant theories,type analysis and research are carried out on actual projects,and through detailed analysis at different levels,intensive design strategies are proposed.The full text is divided into three parts and five chapters.The first part is the first chapter.It discusses the research background of the intensive design of the living area of the University of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macau,defines related concepts and research categories,and determines the research content and research framework of the full text.The second part is the second chapter,which is the basic research on the intensive design of the living areas of the universities in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macau.First,it summarizes the development status and trends of the residential areas of the University ofGuangdong,Hong Kong and Macau,and summarizes the commonality and characteristics of the living areas of the University of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macau.Secondly,the factors affecting the intensive design of the residential areas of the universities in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macau are analyzed.Finally,the principles and connotation of the intensive design of the living areas of universities in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macau are proposed.The third part is the third chapter to the fifth chapter,which is the core part of the full text.Among them,Chapters 3 and 4 start from the planning layout and function integration,and discuss the intensive design strategies of the living areas of universities in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macau.Relevant research examples,reference cases and related theories,put forward dense residential design strategies.Chapter 5 analyzes the problems and causes of the intensive design of the living areas of colleges and universities in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,and proposes corresponding coping strategies and compensation strategies.Through the above analysis and argumentation,the intensive design strategies of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao college living areas are discussed,It is expected to fill the deficiencies in the research on the intensive design of the living areas of colleges and universities in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,so as to provide valuable reference and suggestions for the construction of college living areas in the future.
