Along with the advancement of development plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to accelerate the construction of large bay "shop drawing" "landing schedule",accelerate infrastructure interconnectivity new breakthrough,enhance comprehensive transportation hub to build a new function and promote the well-being of the people's livelihood improvement,livable appropriate industry appropriate swim quality life become cohesion of breakthrough point.The demand and scale of infrastructure construction and investment in the pearl river delta will increase significantly in the next decade,and the scale of infrastructure market will also expand rapidly.The unlimited business opportunities will encourage more Chinese construction enterprises to enter the bay area,participate in market competition and contract for projects.As AArchitectural Design Institute is located in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,for more development opportunities,but also need to deal with more competition and challenges.AArchitectural Design Institute need to enhance competitiveness to adapt to the market economy under the conditions of open competition,temporize,yong,the best in the world to create a first-class bay area and international competition of urban agglomerations.This paper intends to take the Architectural Design Institute of A as the research object,usingstrategic management analysis methods,suchas "PEST" ? "five forces model" and "SWOT" analysis,to systematically analyze the operating status of the Architectural Design Institute of A.Guided by the competitive strategic objectives of AArchitectural Design Institute,the company should master its development orientation,focus on the projectsinthe Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and grab market share in accordance with different prefecture-city attributes,so as to implement the targeted competition strategy.In human resources,culture,information,performance to ensure the implementation of the competition strategy,from the three aspects of prevention,do feedforward control,real-time tracking,do a good job of actual control,timely analysis and summary,do a good job of feedback control.To expand the business of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in a larger scope while ensuring the steady growth of business in Guangzhou.In order to realize the "multi-dominance" of architectural design in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and the "multi-coordination" of urban architecture,railtransit,urban and rural planning,construction drawing review and other businesses,AArchitectural Design Institute is established as the most influential modern enterprise competitive strategic goal in the field of architectural design in the greater bay area.The innovation of this paper is to study the competitive strategy of design institutes in the context of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.At present,most of the research focuses on the comparison of the bay area economy at home and abroad,with more macro perspective,and less research at the medium regional level and the micro enterprise level.
