The gyro orientation technology is a sensitive measurement technology that independently determines the geographic north direction through the rotation of the sensitive earth.It is one of the important key technologies to ensure the smooth penetration of underground projects.Compared with developed countries such as Europe and the United States,my country’s gyro-oriented technology started late and its development is relatively slow;at the same time,due to the military sensitivity of this technology,foreign countries have imposed a technical blockade on my country.Therefore,most of the gyro-orientation technology equipment widely used in the field of surveying and mapping in our country is based on the electromechanical gyroscope of the suspension belt type.The equipment failure rate is high and the output information is extremely limited,which is extremely detrimental to the smooth operation of the project.In response to this problem,this article combines the magnetic levitation gyro total station independently developed by our country,and the technical problem of the optimization of the long-distance tunnel penetration measurement control network with the gyro side.The following results have been obtained:1.In the existing theories of underground engineering survey and underground traverse measurement,the sources and calculation methods that cause underground traverse measurement errors are analyzed,as well as the optimal design of underground control traverse accuracy and additional measurement of gyro edges.The indirect adjustment with restricted conditions is selected as the adjustment method of the traverse,and the mathematical model and function model of the method are analyzed.2.Deduced the calculation method of the error equation coefficients in the two cases of angle measurement and edge measurement,and the calculation method of each item in the restriction equation.And taking the magnetic levitation gyroscope total station independently developed by our country as an example,the stability detection of gyroscope orientation data and the optimization processing method of gyroscope data are discussed in depth.3.Designed a software that can calculate the error of the pending point of the branch wire.By calculating the to-be-fixed point error of the branch wire before and after the added gyroscope side,the wire mesh type and the error ellipse of the to-be-fixed point are displayed on the user interface,you can intuitively see the error comparison before and after the added gyroscope side,and use the magnetic levitation gyroscope accordingly.The method of non-equal precision adjustment of underground traverse data has been explored and researched,and some useful calculations have been obtained.Finally,the validity of the program software is tested through the actual engineering data.
