| In the context of economic globalization,standardization has been widely concerned by all countries and has become a hot topic.Standardization is not only a unified rule and standard for product quality and production technology,but also an important means for the company to successfully operate,participate in international competition and improve efficiency.However,compared with developed countries,the standardization of enterprise management in China is still lagging behind.This is due to the lack of awareness and ability of standardized corporate governance on the one hand,and the unclear mechanism and role of standardized corporate governance on the other hand.In this case,studying the impact of standardized management on enterprise productivity will have a profound impact on the future development of manufacturing enterprises.Based on the World Bank’s survey of Chinese companies,this paper establishes a test model of the impact of standardized corporate governance on corporate performance through empirical tests.Through empirical analysis,it is found that standardized management is conducive to improving enterprise performance,and improving capacity utilization plays a partial intermediary role in the impact of standardized management on enterprise performance.In addition,this paper takes Sany Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.as the case to further study the impact of standardized management on enterprise performance.Based on the selection of traditional performance evaluation indicators,combined with comprehensive financial indicators EVA and non-financial performance indicators,this paper conducts a horizontal and vertical comparative analysis of enterprise performance before and after standardized management.The analysis results show that through standardized management,Sany Heavy Industries’ corporate performance has significantly improved,and the overall corporate performance is also better than Zoomlion Heavy Industries and XCMG Machinery,further consolidating its industry position.Standardized management enables Sany Heavy Industry to take advantage of more market opportunities,allocate resources more reasonably,optimize capacity utilization,and ultimately have a positive impact on business performanceFinally,based on the results of empirical and case studies,this article puts forward the following suggestions on how to carry out standardization management for manufacturing enterprises: first,enterprises should align their standardization management with international standards,and at the same time integrate it with the actual situation of the enterprise;The second is to effectively use the mechanism of standardized management to promote the rapid development of Chinese enterprises. |
