| Warping dam is an important engineering measure to control soil and water loss in the loess plateau.Rolling method and water drop method are the most common methods of dam construction.Rolling method has many procedures and high cost,which is suitable for large and medium-sized warping dam construction.Compared with the rolling method,the water drop method has the advantages of simple construction,low cost and short construction period,which is suitable for the construction of small and medium-sized silt dams.However,the construction conditions are bad,and the construction personnel need to stand at the top of the hillside to construct,so the construction safety is difficult to guarantee.In order to realize mechanization and automation of slurry dam-building,the idea of slurry dam-building machine has been put forward.Since the slurry dam-building technology was put forward,after several years of design improvement,the integration and modularization of slurry dam-building machine design have been realized,as well as the mechanization and automation of dam-building process.However,due to the on-site soil collection during dam construction,the water content and compactness of natural soil are dispersed greatly,while the closed-loop control system of mud damming machine in the early stage is not adopted,that is,the actual output flow and concentration of mud are not tracked in real time,and the actual output flow and concentration of mud and water are adjusted in real time,which makes the actual output flow and concentration of mud,especially the concentration of mud fluctuate greatly,which will directly affect the control system.Sound dehydration,consolidation time and dam construction efficiency.In order to further improve the transportation capacity,automation and intellectualization of slurry dam-builder,improve the stability and reliability of slurry concentration,and the adaptability to the environment,and meet the increasing requirements of dam-building efficiency,dam body quality and safe and civilized construction in the construction of silt dam,on the basis of inheriting the achievements of previous generations of slurry dam-builder,the construction of slurry dam-builder is carried out.A new type of mud damming machine is designed and developed.This paper mainly studies and develops the automatic control system of the new type of mud damming machine.According to the working principle,functional requirements and control requirements of the new mud damming machine,this paper puts forward the shortcomings of the original control system of the mud damming machine,and designs and develops a new control system of the mud damming machine with PLC as the main controller.Considering that the vibration caused by the motor of each executive part will destroy the balance state of the new type of mud damming machine when it comes into operation,this paper designs a new type of automatic leveling system for the fuselage of mud damming machine based on the analysis of the legs leveling principle.In order to improve the response speed of the control system and the precision of the slurry concentration control of the new slurry damming machine,a fuzzy adaptive PID controller for slurry concentration control is designed to solve the lag phenomenon of slurry concentration regulation by the new slurry damming machine.With the complication of the working environment in the process of the new mud damming machine,the functional requirements of the new mud damming machine are increasing.During the operation of the damming machine,the greatest transparency can be obtained,which is the key requirement for the operators to control the damming machine.Therefore,the human-computer interaction interface of the control system of the new mud damming machine is developed and designed.According to the control scheme of the new slurry dam builder,the hardware of PLC,frequency converter,sensor and touch screen are selected,and the wiring principle between the hardware is analyzed.The peripheral circuit and control circuit of the new slurry dam builder are designed by using AutoCAD Electrical software.Based on the professional PLC programming software GX WORKS2,the control system is programmed.The man-machine interface is designed and optimized by using the man-machine interface configuration software Utility Manager.The off-line simulation module in the software is used to simulate the man-machine interface of the new mud damming machine.The touch screen has perfect human-machine interface function,and the picture is more clear and beautiful.The research results of this paper are of great significance to the function of the new mud damming machine. |
