| In recent years,the equipment manufacturing industry in our country has been evolving,and the technical barrier of plastic granulation has been broken.In order to the long-term development of corporate brand,began to pay attention to the establishment of corporate image,through product design to spread good corporate image.The theoretical knowledge of design discipline is not enough to deal with the development of product design.We study the product gene from other disciplines according to the gene theory in biology.This paper explores new design methods based on gene transfer theory,analyzes the law of inheritance and evolution in the process of product renewal,and carries out design practice.The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)at home and abroad,the theory of gene transfer in biology is introduced into the field of product modeling design,design thinking of heredity and evolution as product modeling features.In this paper,the concepts of gene transfer theory in biology are studied,the transfer modes of genes in vertical and horizontal routes are expounded,and the related factors are analyzed.(2)in vertical gene transfer,the dominant and recessive features were extracted,and the CMF database was analyzed to sort out the dominant modeling genes,and the recessive features were extracted by semantic difference method.(3)in the aspect of horizontal gene transfer,the evolution path of modeling gene is studied,the market and users are taken as the influencing factors,the development trend is analyzed,the users’ safety demand corresponds to the behavior design gene,and the aesthetic demand corresponds to the visual design gene,emotional demand corresponds to the emotional design gene,three aspects of optimization,and reflected in the product design.(4)sorting out the inheritance and innovative design ideas of modeling genes,drawing the overall concept sketch,and building the model,and finally complete the modeling optimization design of the big cloud granulator.In this paper,the method of combining gene transfer theory with granulator design practice is used to analyze the product gene in-depth,and the design practice and evaluation feedback are completed according to the needs of enterprises,the design of a product with prominent modeling features and innovative program,to other large-scale machinery modeling design provides a reference.The innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)comparing the mode of gene transfer in biology with the heredity and evolution of product modeling gene to construct the theoretical framework of product modeling gene transfer.(2)to study the vertical transfer of product modeling genes,expound the influence factors of product dominant genes and recessive genes,and clarify the thought of product feature continuation of enterprises;To explore the evolution of product modeling genes,improve the recognition of product modeling in the same type of enterprises,and improve market competitiveness.(3)through the practice and exploration of equipment modeling design of Granulator,the modeling semantics of enterprise genes and products are analyzed to provide a new design scheme. |
