Research On Micro Renewal Design Of Ximen Historical District In Xinghua

With the rapid development of economy and the continuous change of history,urban construction activities are being carried out in various regions of China,and the continuous expansion of urbanization scale makes the urban land tend to be saturated.Under the background of the contraction of construction land and the strict control of the red line of cultivated land,urban construction needs to move forward in the direction of high quality,and the method has also changed from development to improvement.The old city that was neglected in the past has become a new construction focus.However,in the current transformation and renewal of the old city,there are obvious problems,such as the original appearance of broken ring buildings,the fault of historical context,transformation and renewal and replication.The architectural style and cultural characteristics in the old city are precious heritages that can not be copied in modern society.We should pay attention to their protection in urban construction.Therefore,renewal on the premise of protection has become the key to the development of the old city.At present,in the process of old city reconstruction in China,the contradiction in the renewal of historical blocks is the most significant.Based on the analysis and summary of relevant theories and cases of micro renewal of historical blocks at home and abroad,through the field investigation of the blocks,this paper analyzes the current characteristics and problems of the blocks,and tries to construct a set of micro renewal design method suitable for the historical blocks of Ximen in Xinghua.The main research content of this paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,which introduces the background of the topic,clearly defines the concept and research object of historical block and micro renewal,puts forward the research purpose and significance of this topic,and expounds the relevant research methods;The second part is an overview of the relevant theories of micro renewal,summarizes the theoretical development and practice of micro renewal of historical blocks at home and abroad,gives examples and analyzes relevant cases at home and abroad,and paves the way for the next research on design methods;The third part is the current situation investigation and problem evaluation of Ximen historical block in Xinghua City,which is the research object of this paper.It mainly investigates the current situation of Ximen from three aspects: historical evolution,environmental status and crowd status,summarizes the current situation of Ximen historical block,and evaluates the problem of Ximen from the perspective of micro renewal;The fourth part is the research on the micro renewal design strategy of Ximen historical block.Through the previous research on the micro renewal of historical block and the analysis of the current situation of Ximen historical block,the targeted micro renewal principles and strategies are summarized to guide the following application practice;The fifth part applies the design principles and strategies sorted out above to the micro renewal design of Ximen historical block,realizing the transformation from basic theoretical research,design strategy construction to practical operation,hoping to provide some reference experience for the construction and development of Ximen historical block in the future.
