| Realizing the condition monitoring of distribution station area is an important responsibility of power operation management department.As the core of low-voltage distribution network automation construction,the performance of distribution intelligent terminal and its supporting external auxiliary equipment will directly affect the monitoring and management level of distribution network.At present,companies in Hanzhong,Xi’an,Tongchuan and other cities in Shaanxi have applied a large number of distribution intelligent terminal equipment such as DTU and FTU,but the degree of integration is not high,and most of them adopt the form of intelligent sensing equipment and concentrator.The construction forms of county management platforms in different regions are different,and the degree of software intelligence and automation is uneven,And there is no unified standard in communication in different regions.Therefore,this project studies the multi parameter Internet of things monitoring and diagnosis technology in the distribution station area based on the intelligent fusion terminal,studies a set of intelligent monitoring algorithm,and adopts the national grid standard framework to realize the intelligent sensing of the operation status of important equipment in the low-voltage station area and the power consumption of users in the station area.Firstly,based on the overall framework of the distribution system of "cloud pipe side end"of the State Grid,this project puts forward the overall idea of the design of the state information monitoring system in the distribution station area with the intelligent fusion terminal as the core,selects the heat path model algorithm for calculating the hottest spot temperature of the winding of the oil immersed distribution transformer,and uses the transformer heat path model to calculate the hot spot temperature of the transformer in real time,A transformer temperature early warning mechanism based on winding hot spot temperature calculation model and residual load rate is established,and it is developed into a thermal circuit model app;The research and judgment strategy of accurate low-voltage fault location based on perceptual data is studied,and a practical fault auxiliary research and judgment system covering customer power loss,low-voltage line power loss,distribution transformer power loss and branch line power loss is established;The monitoring and diagnosis algorithm which can monitor the three-phase voltage imbalance,residual current of each node,tilt angle of drop switch and other parameters in real time is studied.At the same time,the project puts forward the engineering application scheme of multi parameter Internet of things monitoring and diagnosis equipment of distribution intelligent terminal in combination with the equipment situation of distribution station area in Shaanxi.The function test of the intelligent distribution terminal developed by the project is carried out to verify that its functions can meet the requirements of network access;The on-site engineering application has been completed in the resettlement 2#box transformer area of Shanren village,Lintong District,Xi’an company and the column transformer area of Xiangshan 1#south branch line,Yaozhou District,Tongchuan company,which verifies the feasibility of the project research results. |
