| Agricultural machinery equipment is an important material basis for ensuring food security and promoting agricultural modernization.At present,there are some problems in China’s agricultural machinery industry,such as poor regional relative agglomeration and coordination efficiency,and products are difficult to meet the production needs of different crops in a diversified agricultural environment.The key to these problems is that the participants in the initially formed agricultural machinery and equipment cluster network still follow the cooperative manufacturing mode under the product-dominant logic,resulting in the low efficiency of cooperative manufacturing and value creation in the region.Therefore,under the background of the increasingly service-oriented transformation of other equipment manufacturing industries,the construction of agricultural machinery equipment service-oriented network cooperative manufacturing mode and value distribution strategy have become the theme of this study.Based on the literature review and theoretical elaboration of the two modes of serviceoriented manufacturing and network cooperative manufacturing,firstly,this paper analyzes the operation status of network cooperative manufacturing in an agricultural machinery industry cluster led by enterprise A,in order to put forward the problems existing in the current cooperative manufacturing mode for the later paper;Secondly,the coupling relationship between the two modes is analyzed,a new cooperative manufacturing mode of agricultural machinery equipment is constructed,the operation mechanism of the mode is designed,and verified with the help of the current strategic layout of enterprise A;Finally,in order to demonstrate the advantages of the new cooperative manufacturing model and ensure the robust operation of the new mode,with the help of the advantages of GERT network model in describing the characteristics of network value flow,this paper compares the changes of value creation results between the traditional and new cooperative manufacturing modes,in order to put forward a scientific and reasonable value distribution strategy.The following research results are obtained:(1)Remolding the cooperative manufacturing mode of agricultural machinery equipment with the help of service-oriented manufacturing concept is a feasible path for service-oriented transformation of the industry.The new cooperative manufacturing mode follows the serviceoriented concept,can realize multi-link parallel operation and cross level resource integration,takes value co-creation and sharing as the goal,and can ensure the steady operation of the new cooperative manufacturing mode with the support of the policy and network cooperative manufacturing platform.(2)The service-oriented network cooperative manufacturing mode of agricultural machinery equipment is the result of the change from the current cooperative manufacturing mode to the product-dominant logic to the service-dominant logic,and has more advantages in value creation.Under the new cooperative manufacturing mode,the depth and breadth of collaboration among participants have been significantly improved,which makes the mode of cooperation between subjects change from independent operation to higher form of cooperative operation and ecological cooperation.(3)In the context of new and traditional cooperative manufacturing modes,component suppliers,government and academic and research institutions are all key nodes of value creation,but the key value resources have changed.In view of the thin profit characteristics of agricultural machinery industry,the refined value distribution scheme is easier to play the multiplier effect of value resources and achieve the transformation and upgrading of the industry.The research conclusion provides a theoretical basis for the service-oriented transformation of enterprises in the agricultural machinery industry cluster and the construction of a new cooperative manufacturing model.With the strong support of the current national policies,it has important practical significance for improving the high-quality development of China’s agricultural machinery industry. |
