| Jiangxi natural gas pipe network shoulders the mission of transporting clean energy for the economic and social development of the province and the improvement of people’s living standards.With the continuous growth of construction and operation mileage,and the increasing demand of market users for gas,problems of the existing pipe network structure gradually appear in production scheduling management,gas supply management,risk management,integrity management and other aspects.Therefore,it is necessary to fully grasp the operation status of pipe network,accurately judge abnormal situations,scientifically analyze existing bottlenecks,targeted implementation of relevant transformation work,and continuously optimize operation and management mode to ensure the safe and stable gas supply of pipe network and promote economic and social development.In this thesis,the provincial natural gas pipeline network around Poyang Lake in Jiangxi Province is taken as the research object.Based on the summary analysis and real-time monitoring of pipe network data,this paper scientifically uses simulation software to establish pipe network simulation model,optimize and improve the simulation accuracy,and carries out simulation analysis for operation management problems,so as to explore the method suitable for the optimization of provincial ring pipe network operation management:(1)Relying on simulation,the gas supply capacity and operation bottleneck analysis of pipe network are realized,and the operation control measures of pipe network are scientifically formulated to provide scientific guidance for the safe and stable operation management of pipe network;(2)From the perspective of production scheduling,the planning and development requirements of pipe network interconnection are put forward,and the selected interconnection prediction analysis is realized based on simulation,so as to promote the overall improvement of the gas supply capacity and emergency response capacity of pipe network,as well as the production scheduling and management capacity of pipe network.(3)Carry out a comprehensive analysis on the sub-transport capacity of natural gas stations,carry out upgrading and transformation in view of the process bottleneck,apply the engineering management method,successfully complete the implementation,use the simulation model to carry out the comparison before and after verification,and effectively enhance the gas supply management capacity of the pipeline network;(4)Relying on simulation to achieve hidden danger control plan formulating and analysis of pipeline operation status during the control process,optimize the engineering management method,complete the hidden danger control,enhance the operation guarantee of pipe network,and effectively enhance the risk and hidden danger management ability of pipe network;(5)Through simulation,the operation parameters of pipe network were analyzed and optimized,and the exploration of low-velocity pipe network pigging was completed,so as to eliminate the process bottleneck for low-velocity internal detection and the whole-life cycle management of pipe network,and to improve the integrity management level of pipe network.Through research,simulation and simulation technology are closely combined with pipeline network operation optimization to achieve multi-dimensional and multifaceted simulation applications during the operation stage.On the basis of in-depth analysis,scientific research,practical application,and repeated optimization,effectively solving the bottleneck problem of pipeline network operation management,the quality of pipeline network operation is continuously improved,the pipeline network operation management mode is optimized,and innovative operation management work is carried out to explore and implement the optimal operation mode of natural gas pipeline network,Promote the digital,intelligent,and high-quality development of natural gas pipeline networks. |
