Research On W Group Engineering Performance Evaluation Based On AHP-DEA Mode

Engineering performance evaluation is an important element in the operation and management of construction enterprises,and also an important guarantee for enterprises to achieve high-quality development.Therefore,it is of great significance for enterprises to build a scientific,reasonable,intensive and efficient engineering performance evaluation system.This study takes W Group as an example,based on AHP Analytic Hierarchy Process-DEA Data envelopment analysis model,using field research,data analysis and other means,through expert correspondence,questionnaire survey,Delphi method method,analytic hierarchy process,Data envelopment analysis and other methods,taking into account industry demand,market positioning,development strategy,technology,social and economic benefits and other factors,We have constructed a more precise and efficient engineering performance evaluation index system and evaluation methods for W Group.Based on the AHP-DEA model,this study selects the evaluation index pool through the Delphi method method,and constructs an index system for engineering performance evaluation of W Group,Which is composed of three secondary indicators and 15 tertiary indicators;Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process,experts compared the importance of each indicator and determined the Weight of each indicator;Through the Data envelopment analysis method,the selected key indicators are taken as input(input)and output(output)indicators,and a project performance evaluation model is constructed,and the evaluation results are obtained through calculation.Finally,management data from 12 representative projects of W Group Were collected for verification,analysis,and management evaluation.Compared With the current engineering performance evaluation system of W Group,the evaluation system constructed in this study has been optimized and innovated in indicator selection and evaluation methods,and has good management benefits from practical results.The construction and practice of the performance evaluation model for this project provide a certain theoretical basis and practical reference for the performance evaluation of state-o Wned construction enterprises.
