| The traditional construction industry has many drawbacks in the construction stage,such as low efficiency,high accident rate and large energy consumption,which can no longer meet the needs of sustainable development of cities nowadays.The emergence of smart construction sites has created conditions for the transformation and upgrading of construction sites in the construction industry,but the promotion of smart construction sites faces the following two difficulties.On the one hand,there are many conflicts among various stakeholders in the procurement and application of intelligent technologies in smart construction sites;On the other hand,due to the ambiguity of performance for the application of intelligent technologies in smart construction sites,owners and construction units are unwilling to spend high costs on them.EPC(EngineeringProcurement-Construction)project has the characteristics of multi-stage integration and multi-agent integration,which can effectively alleviate the conflicts of stakeholders.In order to promote the development of smart construction sites and clarify their performance,it is necessary to study the EPC-oriented performance evaluation for the application of intelligent technologies in smart construction sites.This study is organized as follows.Chapter 2 conducted a review of studies on the development status of smart construction sites,the application of intelligent technologies in smart construction site and its performance evaluation,the methods of performance evaluation.Current research shortcomings were summarized,and the research direction of this study was introduced.Chapter 3 constructed the performance evaluation index system from three aspects:input,output,and environment,based on the characteristics of EPC projects and the analysis of technical system in smart construction site.Then it was optimized by the Delphi expert group,and the final performance evaluation index system was obtained after eliminating the indicators with low consensus degree.Chapter 4 established the performance evaluation model.Firstly,the advantages and disadvantages of commonly used performance evaluation models were compared and analyzed,and the data envelopment analysis(DEA)model was selected as the basis.Secondly,considering that the performance for the application of intelligent technology in smart construction sites is affected by economies of scale,the BCC model was selected in the traditional DEA model for efficiency analysis.Furthermore,considering the influence of environmental variables and random factors on the evaluation results,the Stochastic frontier analysis(SFA)model was introduced to eliminate them.Finally,a three-stage DEA performance evaluation model was constructed.Chapter 5 used the performance evaluation model to analyze actual engineering project cases.The case study confirmed the feasibility of the constructed theoretical model,and the results of SFA model confirmed the influence of environmental variables on the performance evaluation.According to the results of SFA model,countermeasures were given to improve the EPC-oriented performance for the application of intelligent technologies in smart construction sites.This study has certain theoretical significance and application value for in-depth research on the EPC-oriented performance evaluation for the application of intelligent technologies in smart construction sites.In terms of theory,it provides a reference for the performance evaluation for the overall application of intelligent technologies.In terms of application,it provides references for various stakeholders in the project to measure the performance for the application of intelligent technologies in smart construction sites. |
