| Under the background of Digital Economy,digital technology has become the key factor of enabling enterprises,and the marketing management of enterprises is also facing great challenges.The development of information technology enables enterprises to obtain more market information,especially for the traditional manufacturing industry,sales staff need to be responsible for both customers’ demand and the internal cross-coordination,the internal communication work includes the communication of purchasing,logistics,outsourcing,production,inspection and other departments.In traditional enterprises,such cross-sectoral communication is often inefficient,which will make it difficult for enterprises to meet the rapidly expanding market demands in a short time.WX Company,as a listed enterprise in traditional forging industry,has been expanding its scale of production in recent years,the traditional sales management mode has become the key problem that restricts the development of enterprises.Based on digital technology and the status of sales management in WX company,this paper studies the automation management of internal sales process,and promotes the structural reform of sales organization to enhance the core competitiveness.Firstly,the paper introduces the Research Status of sales management theory,business process reengineering theory and data theory.Then,this paper analyzes the sales management of wx companies,studies the problems of cross-department coordination and data coordination in the internal process management of the marketing department,the key problem of cross-departmental communication is to identify,filter and judge the data,and then combine with the data processing technology of Python to adjust the problem and the work of each phase in the business process,classify the business process data,design the new cooperation mechanism,draw the new business process diagram.Using the Petri net model to analyze the sales quotation and the sales order follow-up quantitatively,through the comparison of the data before and after,the paper analyzes the level of the improvement of work efficiency after the optimization,and puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the sales coordination mechanism.This research can provide reference for the integration of digital technology and sales management,and also has some reference value for enterprises facing similar sales problems. |
