Research On Government Supervision Of Key Highway Project Construction In S City

Strengthening the construction of key projects is an important measure and support to ensure and improve people’s livelihood,a powerful driving force for local economic growth,and a powerful measure to maintain sound and rapid economic growth.As an important infrastructure construction,highway engineering,with the increase of social capital,the diversification of investment entities,and the continuous enrichment of financing methods,the national economy has developed rapidly.However,with the achievements,many problems have also appeared in the field of highway engineering construction,such as frequent safety accidents,engineering quality and other issues.In the system,it is urgent to improve the government’s supervision ability in the construction of key highway engineering projects by solving problems,so as to promote the healthy development of highway engineering in my country.Using the method of literature research and Interview,the paper studies the problems of government supervision in the construction of key highway engineering projects under the background of the current situation of key highway engineering projects in S city.First of all,on the basis of reading a large number of relevant documents on government supervision,through the investigation of the construction status of key projects of highway engineering in S City,taking the three aspects of supervision subject,supervision system and supervision method as the starting point,it clarifies that the government of S city is in the supervision of highway engineering.The current state of supervision in the construction of key projects;secondly,the paper analyzes the problems and causes existing in the government supervision of key highway project construction in S City,which mainly include the serious lack of regulatory personnel,the imperfect supervision method of monthly notification,the lack of coordination between regulatory departments,and the inadequacy of relevant policies and regulations.The main reasons for the existing problems include weak regulatory bodies,insufficient attention to diversified governmental supervision methods,unsound regulatory mechanisms,and inadequate supervision of project construction guarantee elements.Finally,from improving the highway engineering key project supervision subject team strength,pay attention to the highway engineering supervision mode,improve the highway engineering key project supervision mechanism,improve the highway engineering key project security measures and other aspects to improve the highway engineering key project government supervision countermeasures,and contribute to our highway engineering key project government supervision with high efficiency.
