The information age has accelerated the transition from Chinese manufacturing to Chinese creation,and Chinese manufacturing faces many choices in this transition.Brand strategy,personalized strategy and innovation-driven strategy have been mentioned many times.However,it is an important task for Chinese manufacturing enterprises to formulate development strategies in line with the actual situation of enterprises in combination with their characteristics and development trends.The development strategy reflects the goal,vision and business development direction of the company’s development,and only by formulating a suitable and correct development strategy can the enterprise grow rapidly and stably.This paper discusses YT company’s strategic development by combing the development status of YT Company and combining with the characteristics of its industry.Firstly,use the PEST method to compare and analyze the internal and external environments of YT enterprises,analyze the company’s external opportunities,threats,strengths and weaknesses,And use the analytic hierarchy process for quantitative evaluation;Then analyze the model through SWOT,Discuss the feasibility plan of YT enterprise development strategy,Use the QSPM strategic evaluation matrix to evaluate the plan,and it is concluded that YT enterprise should take the lead in implementing product differentiation development strategy;Finally,it puts forward the strategic implementation ways that YT enterprises can adopt,including researching and developing high-performance products,strengthening development advantages,developing personalized products,reflecting differences,creating high-quality customer service,broadening business areas,perfecting incentive mechanisms,and changing organizational structures,etc.And put forward the guarantee measures for YT enterprises to implement product differentiation strategy,including exerting technological innovation,strengthening financial capital operation,perfecting organizational structure,building enterprise culture and strengthening human resources guarantee.The research in this paper points out the direction for YT’s future development and provides a reference method for other relevant enterprises to formulate strategies.
