| As computer software develops,software development projects have gradually gone deep into all walks of life and caused a lot of attention in the academic and the industry,and their importance is increasingly prominent.However,there still exist significant problems in the growth of software development project management due to its characteristics of high uncertainty of demand,various and complex modules,heavy workload and numerous related stakeholders.Based on the above background,this paper firstly carries on an extensive search and arrangements on the related theories of software development project management,based on which many research methods are used,such as document analysis,personal interviews,the fishbone diagram,the Delphi method,etc.In the case of C company,firstly the company’s software development project management problems are analyzed.Subsequently,guided by CMMI and Agile Scrum Methodology,target process area transformation and Agile roles refinement are carried out specifically for the problems to be solved.This paper optimizes the improvement of target from five aspects,i.e.organizational structures,project management plans,risk management,communication management and the accumulation of organizational process assets.In order to ensure the practical implementation of the prioritization scheme,this paper formulated detailed implementation steps of the scheme as well as guarantee measures.The study of this paper not only helps C company provide optimization solutions for software development project management,but also hopes to provide ideas and methods for enterprises with similar problems in the industry,and to offer more examples and reference value for software development project management optimization. |
