| With China’s gradual opening up,domestic related industries are gradually adjusted and upgraded.Under the guidance of the relevant strategy of going out,Chinese enterprises have improved their competitiveness by participating in international engineering projects.In the current international contracting projects,EPC mode has its own unique advantages and has become one of the more mainstream contracting modes.With the promotion of this model component,different experts and scholars have also increased their research on EPC model and its application.When carrying out international engineering projects,EPC mode can help contractors obtain corresponding profits.At the same time,because this mode has been formed for a short time,it also faces multiple risks.Especially when carrying out overseas projects,Chinese enterprises will face national political,cultural,social and environmental risks.Through the research on EPC mode of corresponding enterprises in China,it can also be clearly found that there is a large gap between Chinese contractors and world-class contractors,which is mainly reflected in insufficient risk prediction,lack of risk management,and unfamiliar with personnel and material resources in corresponding regions.Also,due to the insufficient risk prediction of EPC Castle mode,there are losses in the project.Therefore,for China’s multinational engineering contractors,it is necessary to further strengthen the risk management of EPC mode on the basis of strengthening the understanding of EPC mode.From the perspective of the general contractor in the EPC mode,taking the risk management of the EPC mode as the main research object,on the basis of integrating the research results at home and abroad,through the analysis of the Ecuador passenger transfer station project,this paper identifies and evaluates the risks existing in the whole process of the EPC mode and puts forward risk management suggestions.Firstly,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method are applied to analyze and evaluate the risks in the EPC general contracting mode.It is found that the project management stage is the most risky stage in the EPC general contracting mode.In the process of project implementation,contract risks and technical risks will also affect the whole project.This paper will establish a risk control system for the risks identified in the risk identification process.And put forward targeted countermeasures,thus providing a reference for overseas EPC project risk management. |
