| The construction industry is an important pillar of China ’s national economic development,especially in recent years.In large and medium-sized civil engineering projects,the lack of information leads to the untimely acquisition of cost data,and the backward cost management means and methods make the management and information circulation more difficult,the cost increases and the profit decreases.More and more shortcomings are exposed in the traditional construction cost management,and the urgent task is to reform the cost management mode.The emergence and development of BIM technology brings new ideas to construction cost management,using the advantages of BIM technology visualization,coordination and parameterization,it not only greatly improves the work efficiency of construction site employees,but also makes the cost management effect obvious and helps construction enterprises and owners achieve a win-win situation.Firstly,this paper reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad,takes the theory as the starting point,analyzes the four stages of bidding,construction preparation,construction and completion settlement,finds the problems of traditional construction cost management,and uses the advantages of BIM technology to summarize the problems and methods solved in the application process of BIM technology.Finally,combined with the actual case,the practicability and effectiveness of BIM technology in cost management are further confirmed.Through the analysis of the main application points of BIM technology in S school project and the corresponding cost management effect,the three stages of pre-construction,mid-construction and completion settlement are taken as the focus of cost management.The application of BIM technology can solve the disadvantages of traditional construction cost management,reflect its value in the whole life cycle of the project,dynamically track and manage the construction cost,optimize the construction cost management process based on BIM technology,introduce the earned value method to the construction stage,and play a role in the implementation of quantitative cost management.CAD drawings are submitted by the design institute.On this basis,each professional model is drawn in three-dimensional form by Luban BIM.The two dimensions of time and cost are added to create a BIM 5D cost management model,which is innovatively applied to BIM 5D collaborative management in cost prediction,planning and management.This paper uses the advantages of BIM technology to manage construction costs,which not only achieves good results,but also provides experience for the future application of BIM technology in different construction projects. |
