Abstract/Summary:
2020 July,China released the "Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and other authorities about promoting intelligent manufacturing and building Instructions and Opinions on the Coordinated and Healthy Development of Industrialization",in which several opinions clearly put forward the development of the traditional construction industry in the direction of industrialization,digitalization and intelligence to stimulate the high-quality development of China’s construction engineering industry;due to the continuous improvement of the socialist national economy,the expectations and demands of the owners for the quality standards of the delivered construction projects have also increased,which requires that the relevant industries must take informationization and intelligence as the basic leverage to cultivate innovative power and promote transformation and upgrading.In this policy context,the drawbacks of traditional construction projects and their own problems have aroused widespread concern from all walks of life,and the issue of project quality has attracted much attention.Throughout the construction process,quality management occupies a very important position from the beginning of the design process,and if quality management problems occur in this process and are not well solved,the construction progress and quality of the whole project will be seriously affected.This paper mainly focuses on the study of quality management system of construction projects using BIM.Firstly,after reviewing the literature,the author summarizes the development and use of BIM technology in China and the research on quality management system under EPC mode,summarizes the problems of quality management system under EPC mode,and then researches and summarizes the advantages of BIM technology,so as to find out its value,and then integrates BIM technology into The problems of quality management system in EPC mode are summarized.Secondly,this paper takes the G project as the key research object,through the basic condition,characteristics,project technical standards and main construction content of the project,according to the project quality objectives and quality system,and lists many problems that may occur in the actual management of the project,using BIM technology to plan ahead,reasonably avoid the predictable risks,and effectively improve the efficiency of the quality management system.Finally,this paper takes the specific project progress and data of G project as the realistic basis,investigates and analyzes the management process with the specific project situation,and discusses the feasibility of introducing BIM into the quality management system.The specific contents include: construction drawing review,information transfer,information sharing,design deepening,technical delivery of BIM,quality and safety management,and the expansion of "BIM+" technology in quality management.In turn,it proves that the BIM-based quality management mode mentioned in the paper is practical and feasible,and significantly better than the traditional quality management mode.
